I signed up as a new customer took my deposit and then disabled my account

• I signed up as a new customer I deposited £10 and then they disabled my account.I went on chat service with them and they asked for ID documents to verify me so I uploaded passport bank statement & utility bill which was accepted. Then they asked for a selfi and said they can’t verify me…. Why??I want my deposit back!Really bad service!

Account disabled after deposit

• I made an account put some money in got my welcome bonus and spam a few slots just for my account to be disabled 20 mins later. A message popped up saying that it had been disabled and the verification team will be in contact in 48-72 hours. No word 2 weeks later. Shocking service still trying to get this sorted but it just isn’t happening. No one I can contact and the online help is useless

Like other posts here they are happy to take my money happy to process bank transactions when it’s taking money out of my account but when I go to withdraw my winnings I get sent round a loop of uploading details and then those files somehow ‘not showing up on the system’ even though I have already uploaded them multiple times!This company claim that they do these checks to make sure that they are protecting the customer and keeping us safe if this was the case they would do all of these checks before they took a deposit!I am requesting that they put money into an account they were content with taking money from I’m not adding in new details but this is when they send people through the loop so they can keep their money

• My account was closed on 888 with no explanation and my balance has been withheld with no valid reason I’ve made several withdrawals and deposits and so they don’t have a problem taking your money until the want to scam you or withhold your money.I’ve emailed their support several times now and was told that someone will email me only to find that no one was planning to email me back r.e my account closure I then messaged the chat again only to be given a URL for cashier where I can see my balance but now it is asking for documents and I have sent all 3 documents requested. Scam company - do not use

• I was playing on roulette and had deposited a total of approximately £450 all my numbers I played took ages to come in and so on my final go I deposited £150 and my number came in and my balance went to £315 just as I tried to play the £15 I got a message saying my account had been closed with my 315 balance left on it I contacted their chat support and they were extremely unhelpful they don’t have a complaint team and no complaint procedure I am going to raise this with the gambling commissioner as their is no reason my account was suddenly closed after all my deposits and withdrawals this company has so many bad reviews and are clearly operating a scam and stealing peoples money.
