- Not only are the limits shameful but when they do close your account they dont automatically send your balance to your bank account and you have to go on live chat and successfully answer 101 questions correctly before you can chat to the dreaded robot and eventually customer support. Get one question wrong and no chat.

Well that didnt take long.
- After a couple of winning weeks. I am stake restricted. My usual bet is between £10 - £40 so not a big punter. I tried to place a £20 bet at 2/1 and was told it was too big and I could have £4.02. These entities are NOT Bookmakers.Other promotions have been withdrawn as well. Luckily there are lots more alternative Bookmakers now.

- This company accused me of cheating because I won 15k of them and they made it hell with rubbish customer service and the outcome is they happy to take money but close you down if you win stay away guys and take ur custom elsewhere!!!Update ive filed out the form numerous times and not contacted so am glad you shut my account down as I wouldn’t use your crook of a site anyway ever again and I hope no one else does!!!!

- I joined MGM two or three years ago when they had a big promotional push with introductory offers and on-going rewards. I probably won a couple of hundred pounds max but now all my rewards have been stopped and they now rarely accept all on my stake even if I only bet very small bets. Instead of being able to place a bet of £5 or even £2 I get a message saying we can only accept a bet of 36p or some other pitiful amount. I complained but all they say is the decision has been taken by the “ odds providers” and I am not allowed contact with them. Totally crap company.

- I dont use this SCAM site anymore. I just came back to check out the reviews. And the recent review from Darren H is correct. Whatever stake you want to use on slots this SCAM site will take double that amount. Go see yourselves. Something needs to be done. I have screenshot some reviews and forwarded them on to the manager Debbie Carter from the gambling commission. Hopefully they will look into this?

- I registered in 2024 to take advantage of a sign-up offer but didnt win anything though.Since added 20 quid for Cheltenham 2025. Won 40 quid and was able to withdraw this without issue. Money arrived within the hour.I was given 25 free spins for the casino as part of a Cheltenham offer. Won a little over £13 and was able to withdraw it without issue arrived within the hour.Given the reviews I worry if I won something bigger if MGM would actually pay up fairly.

Worst gambling site I have ever experienced
- Played on many sites but this has to be the worst by a mile. Believe me this is not someone being a sore loser as I can handle losing money but I feel I have been totally scammed by this company. Dead spin after dead spin followed by a win which is likely less than your stake. Never knew so many losing combinations existed. £110 lost on millionaire megaways playing 20p spins with 1 pathetic bonus. Wish I had reviewed here before playing as the majority of reviews here are terrible. Cant just be a coincidence. Please take advice of everyone here and go elsewhere there are many better fairer options out there.

- Oh what a surprise!!! Following my review yeah I go to two banks today my current and old bank where I had both cards. To there discouragement they print me off PROOF OF OWNERSHIP of previous cards on letterhead paper with my name and address on the top with as bank reference number as requested. But NOW they wont accept it as its only showing the last 4 digits of the long card numbers rather than the first 3 too?? The bank told me even THEY dont have anymore documents showing more than the last 4 digits !!??? This is seriously frustrating the hell out of my now ! Betmgm has EVERYTHING I have shared way more information than I am comfortable with queuing up in banks for hours and still not enough ! I need the person who replied to my last post to please call me on the number I have emailed back this is getting out of hand now .

- ***AVOID - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***BETMGM is the worst online betting platform I have ever used. I would not wish my worst enemy to have to deal with this company.Had an account open for several months. Deposited multiple times and made withdrawals multiple times no problem. I was then fortunate enough to win £450.00 which I withdrew to the exact same card which all deposits and withdrawals had been processed from. This £450.00 withdrawal showed as pending for a day before my account closed and an email received saying they needed a copy of my bank card. Bank card uploaded emailed received saying account reopened I had been verified. Withdrawal still showing as pending so I contact customer support. The chat is ended straight away and I get an email asking to provide my proof of address. This is uploaded and again I get an email saying I am verified chase my winnings and again my account is suspended this time it’s proof of ownership. To date I have uploaded to BETMGM my driving license my passport my bank card my proof of address in the form of utility bills statements showing all transactions to/from BETMGM/LeoVegas all on the same card never changed or updated from this card and a week later I don’t have my winnings and my account remains closed.I can honestly say my experience with this company is the worst experience I have had of any company I have dealt with. They are basically thieves withholding people’s legitimate winnings using stalling tactics. Every time you provide what they need and it’s verified they want something else then something else.Please let anyone and everyone know that this company is a sham and should have their license revoked. A petition should be started to have their practices investigated because it falls well below industry standard and code of practice.It seems a common theme that these ‘security checks’ only come to light when withdrawals are requested never when a customer is depositing or loosing there response these are random. LIESIf I do not receive my winnings I will be requesting every deposit I have ever made to this company be returned by my bank as it was deposited to them on false pretences and they can liaise with my bank as to why the would not provide my withdrawal.For your own sanity do not use this company.

- Just please take note of all the other reviews. I’ve never won anything on bet mgm ever. Every time I’ve made a deposit my money is gone within a few minutes on dead spins. £15 wagered. Biggest win was 50p. The online chat I had to close my account lasted longer than my money did. It’s always been an extremely poor experience for me on bet mgm. I joined over a year ago and I’ve genuinely never had a positive experience on their site. I absolutely would not recommend and I won’t be using them again.
