They then required additional verification which I promptly completed according to their instructions. After a while I received an email asking for more information. I provided the requested details hoping for a quick resolution but after escalating the issue all communication stopped. Now I still havent received any response and cannot withdraw my winnings. • Exteamly difficult to contact if you have a problem. When you go onto chat there is usually up to 20 ahead in queue and do they think it is ok to let you wait like you have nothing better to do? There is no email option either to email your query/problem. I think the regulator needs to step in and advise this is not acceptable.
