- This operator has on several occasions confirmed my withdrawal request of 1600 euro. Confirmed and processed according to themselves. I have full chat transcripts and recordings. The operator claims that it was a human error and that the payment has been adjusted to the correct amount of 230 euro which would be the maximum cap on winnings. While before they so called made this human error of approving and processing a 1600 euro payment we had a discussion about the maximum cap. I send email asking them to consider the terms about the maximum cap which in this case dont apply to my incident with this operator. When you claim that a payment has been confirmed approved and processed on several occasions it is too late too hide behind a clause of human error. Legally this will not bind in European law. Gammix limited is the operator under licence who operates this company. Stay away people. Do not sign up with them. I do not care about the confiscation of my legitimate owned funds (1600) instead of 230. Just to add.. I havent received the 230 euro either so far.
