• Before I had it rated at 4 stars but lately the last few promotional events have been so terrible. Every day you get the same trashy bonus prizes from the promotional event going on at the time. It usually always ends up being a set amount of bonus money that can only be used to play one specific game. But the amount of bonus money they give you literally isnt even enough to make 2 spins with. Literally the previous 2 promotions would give you $1.00 bonus cash to use on one specific game dang near everyday but the games the $1.00 bonus cash was for each had minimum wagers of $0.75 so there was always a useless $0.25 worth of bonus cash left that can only be used to play on that specific game and there isnt even enough leftover to take another spin. Honestly its pretty ridiculous having such stupid bonuses like that as a prize for the promotional events.

Borgata Casino Commits Fraud

• I played a $5 bonus on Phillies Slingo. Was only supposed to wager 10x the bonus ($50) but Borgata forced me to wager 20x the $5 bonus ($100). This happened on Christmas day. Rightfully I had won $145 but Borgata only let me win $95. I tried to play Blackjack to get back to $145 but Borgata made me lose every stinking hand. On Christmas. Thanks for the gratitude Borgata....with all that I ever spent here it was like being given the middle finger by Borgata. Wow!!! Right on Christmas day. I reached out to Borgatas online live chat customer service and was unable to establish a $50 refund or bonus credit to resolve the matter. The customer service agent was being very stingy with me regarding the whole situation and in the end the customer service agent refused to give me any bonus or the $50 back to my account. What happened wasnt my fault. To force me to playthrough a bonus 20x when the actual bonus instructions stated a required 10x playthrough clearly constitutes fraud committed by Borgata Casino. This matter couldve been resolved but Borgata chose not to and didnt bank on me posting about it publicly. The staff at Borgata doesnt seem to care about their customers and its even more saddening that they were bitter towards me on a sacred holiday such as Christmas day. That fact alone should tell other customers to not do business with Borgatas online casino and their casino resorts.

From the moment I approached the table the pit bosss demeanor was unwelcoming and unprofessional.
