• As my title says. Support is one of the biggest reasons why people pay for software. As a computer technician I want to let people know about my experience with Coral. I looked after a 90 year old who loved using coral for photos. It was his absolute Joy. There was some issues with Coral and we had to reinstall it and then found out that we couldnt install it due to some errors. After spending over 3 hours trying everything we could do to get it working we had to contact Coral. Guess how long the average response time from them was 1 week.1 fricken week for a customer who has paid for their software. The support is literally the worst support ever. They must have the support overseas because its almost like Chat GPT. The staff have no idea what to do and only give generic scripted responses. And then when they ask for a question and then you reply with the answer - youve got to wait for another week for them to respond.This 90 year old threw in the towel after waiting for 3 weeks in total for the support. The one thing in his life that he enjoyed he ended up saying I cant deal with the stress with dealing with Coral. Of course they wont care - however seeing this deflated man who still cant get his coral software working despite being a paying customer absolutely makes me so angry that companies feel as though this level of support is even acceptable.I would suggest to anyone who is reading this review - to NEVER EVER support his company. They are literally the worst of the worst and their staff are the bottom of the barrel in terms of quality.I cant wait for the day that Chat GPT puts them out of a JOB - because Chat GPT has more intelligence and ability than Coral support staff.If your waiting a week for your response remember thats normal. Its almost as though they intentionally do this to hope that customers go find the answer through another means.Stay away

• This company truly would get ZERO if an option ! Opens account credit ten pounds emailed I was verified . Spent 5 pounds to qualify . I had couple winners so thought would see what was left to run . Suddenly locked out upload documents ! Spent most evening uploading documents including bank card and photo id .. in the end I felt very uneasy and called bank to cancel my card ! Low n behold it’s now 2 am and mystery texts from British Gas ! Verification texts for my account ! Irony is I used a gas bill as part of my verification documents to corals !! Having just read many these reviews with similar experiences I wouldn’t trust this big name company as far as o could throw them ! Avoid avoid avoid ! As one man said in a review he got a loan a credit card without all the documentation these lot ask for ! Question is where is it all stored and who has access to it !

• The shop i go into must be the only shop in Britain out of all betting shops that for 3 years has not and does not have a Price Screen. The punters have told the area manager numerous times as have the staff but it falls on deaf ears. All I asked was if she had any football coupons for tomorrow (Easter Monday) games. She rolled her eyes and spat out the words “of course we don’t love. Our football coupons come in on Monday morning”It was the way she said it and how she spoke to me that was upsetting. • This company is a rip off. They advertise deposit £10 & get £50 free games. But they dont advertise that you need to deposit another £2000 before you can win any money.It is a complete scam & needs stopping.

Fraudulent promotional offer

• Their promotional offer for joining is fraudulent - they did not fulfil their offer for a £20 free bet after a new customer betting £5. I followed all of the terms and conditions. Its just £5 but still I am demanding a refund from them and will escalate this to the UK Gambling Commission UK Trading Standards and my card provider if need be. I will not tolerate scams.
