• They changed the prizes on the chests by introducing a Amber chest which is number 8 which takes more points/money to obtain where chest 7 is worth more. Also they run a special on the slot machines that they call double your highest win but you only get the same payout not double as you thought that you would get.

• I have been playing this game for years now. Always enjoyed it still do actually. BUT......Originally the company was owned by youdagames.Some time ago it sold and the new company SUCKS.Little by little they keep adding more NON POKER garbage. Clutter they expect people to pay for.Scratch cards slot machines Black Jack has competitive events every so often now and when some event is running your odds fall to the dont bother range. It seems thats the plan. Make people who have that gotta win mentality go buy more chips. I have counted just this week the dealer win 12 out of 15 hands. Normally I can about break even. sometimes lose a little sometimes win a little. But when some event is on? I dont even bother anymore. I know its a losing thing.This new company replaced the old forum board with a facebook group. Todays newest BS is a dice thing. Im sorry but dice is NOT POKER. I went to their group to complain but they denied the post. Sweep issues under the rug.Steam has this game and they DO have a forum board. Once upon a time there was a game mod who might chime in. NO MORE. And that board is LOADED with complaints. Bot players the BJ skewed odds stuff that suddenly stops working right etc etc etc.... I get that they need to make money and I consider the ever increasing GARBAGE I have to click out of the way just to get to a table my price to play free. But the more of this crap they keep adding the more time I waste on doing nothing the more I keep thinking it may be time for me to find some other game.Any company who cuts themselves off from the very people they WANT to attract is just pure stupidity.Perhaps if they start seeing horrid reviews they will rethink that.I did send my disgust directly to support. I made the suggestion that they could start up a whole new game site and call it casino. Put all the non poker games there. And maybe add more than ONE kind of poker to the POKER site. But past experience tells me support wont care either.The old forum board now gone HAD a suggestions section a report bugs section and so on. AND mods LOOKED. Occasionally would post thanks Ill alert the crew. That is long gone. They no longer care.So be warned play free count on a lot of wasted time clicking crap out of the way and DO NOT WASTE REAL MONEY on FAKE CHIPS they only find ways to take back fast.I really hope they find this post and use it to IMPROVE. • Ridiculous waste of time the nice graphics great animation but they want money I had the chance to rich 870 millions and suddenly lost in 4 days instead of losing the rest as a idiot I‘be also bought some chips and tokens and lost them anyway without explanation there are bots who wins all the times even 5 hands in a row. I read also other reviews that if you start buying you will lose all the times and it happened.Just stay cautious and don’t waste your money not only the black jack also the poker become impossible to play once they knew that you are open to spend real money .
