Absolutely awful

• Absolutely awful. Have been with them for years and deposited various times . Recently deposited 30 pound and with drew 500 . Took 6 days for them to reply and said would be going through this morning. When I went to check my account been blocked and no reply and they blocked me on live chat. An absolute scam . Avoid avoid avoid. Kept my money. Not sure how I go about getting my money thats mine.

• Dont use this bookie. Billionvegas.comHad a few deposits which were genuine then i deposited £100.00 never reached my betting account. Round in circles they wanted proof of bank cards statements and ID.They did not understand they had not put my deposit into my account and thought i was on about a withdrawal. They closed my account and i never got £100.00. Luckily my bank have gave me it back.If you win i highly doubt you will get the funds.They would not remove my old debit cards from my account stating they need proof they were mine and a statement to say the bank cards were lost or not available anymore. Debit card statements dont detail the card number so they would not remove cards from my account. Which makes no sense as they would happily take deposits from them.

Won’t pay out

• BillionVegas is the same company after 12 days of backwards and forwards on security they continue to move the goalposts it’s clear they’re scammers looking to clone my data. I sent over the usual utility bill signatures/driving license etc as per original request. Then they wanted passport more signatures it’s a scam nothing more. I’ve written off the £500 they owe informed my bank and the gaming board.Stay away.

• It says to leave out offensive words but this lot are scamming pieces of s**t. Like the other reviews won account closed without explanation and my deposits kept. It was a relatively small amount deposited 30 GBP which is the only saving grace.Hope they enjoy the 30 quid as Im a big believer in karma and sincerely hope these scum and anyone associated with these scammers become riddled with cancer. With any luck they read these reviews and they suffer the consequences 😊

• I had 5500 euros on my balance I indicated at least 7x in the live chat that I wanted a limit because I wanted to stop then they said I had no access for online casino. this was one big joke. I could still play online casino and now I have lost everything. I clearly said I didnt want to play anymore and they let me play on purpose.

• i won 500 once then won another 500 so total 1000 i knew their t&c that you can only withdraw 500 daily so i requested 500 after a couple of days it got approved then i requested another 500 and it got approved then out of no where the blocked my account i contacted their support they told me that your winning will be sent to your bank then 2 days later i sent email to the support again and they told me that some department blocked due to risk what ever that means and your deposited amount will be refunded to your bank not my winnings but my deposited amount

Also after playing one of their slots it froze and I lost £70. They didn’t refund the money made me wait about three weeks for their investigation only to be told that I was refunded it at the time. • Terrible site. Bad service and bonus was not given even when i pointed out that previous chat lady had said they where active. “Kelly” chat agent just said “oh well story of my night”

• I foolishly made several deposits on this awful site which werent without problems. Additional amounts taken from bank account compaired to depsit amount. Upto an 1hr for it to credit to your playing account. as others little wins and far and few between bonuses which all payed poorly.Luckily i read these reviews and didnt deposit anymore.Didnt win anything to withdraw but going by the reviews Id have been very lucky to have seen any off that either.My advice steer well clear off this place and if you have made a deposit get your cards cancelled with your provider before they have the lot.Expect many scam callers over the coming days also if you have entered your phone number.

Both times I have made a deposit with Billion Vegas my card has been cloned and I’ve had various transactions taken from my bank unfortunately I didn’t realise until the 2nd time that Million/Billion Vegas were involved - otherwise I would NEVER have bet with them again.I won 3000 with them I am lucky in the sense that they did pay out some winnings but almost half remains unpaid and I’ve heard every excuse in the book. After 44 days I’ve given up for my own sanity.One of the employees on chat even said to me “I hope you understand that we have no say in these things” basically admitting the site is a complete scam and I wasn’t going to get my money.DO NOT TAKE THE GAMBLE with this site I have never come across a site that works like this where you have to fight to get your withdrawals paid and they repay some parts via a refund? The whole thing is bizarre. A gamble is a gamble in the first place but on Billion Vegas the gamble is if your card will get cloned or if you actually receive your withdrawal.This site should be shut down.
