• Not only do they set you up for failure by offering multiple free chips in a row but I won $100 in one of the free tournaments and when I went to do a bitcoin withdrawal it was approved and I waited several days before contacting customer service again. • I won money back in the beginning of November. I messed up and didnt have all documents in so I get that. But I got all the documents asked in on November 14th and was approved on November 25th now Im trying to be patient I was told 7 to 10 business days after approval it would be sent out well Monday the 9th will be 10 business days. So Im hoping this is going to happen cuz the time frame is a bit ridiculous . Ill update after the 9th .
