- AVOID! Another cheap-ass casino that has a high charge for withdrawals which then take up to 6 days. If Im paying £2.50 for a withdrawal then it should be swift. There are many better online casinos that do not charge for withdrawals and they payout within hours.

False advertising & poor mobile experience
- I couldnt even play a game on their site for some reason - the mobile interface is terrible. It also get reverting to Spanish. After struggling just with navigating the site I no longer had confidence in Tradacasino. Therefore I decided to withdraw my funds without even playing only to then pay a £1 fee! The withdrawal fees are not advertised on their site (I certainly couldnt find it).To conclude I believe Tradacasino is an unscrupulous entity and is best avoided.

- DO NOT DEPOSIT ! ABSOLUTE SCAM ! joined deposited £15 they took £30. Withdrew £15 instantly they took £1 for something so withdrawal was now £14.........the remaining £15 could not be used as the site didnt work at all kept kicking me out of everything and freezing....spoke to their customer service rep ( strangely which did work) she advised me that my internet wasnt working!! Which is funny as I was talking to her on it. Gave up after hours and withdrew the rest of the money and was charges £1 again to do it......I play lots of slot sites but this one is simply fake and a scam. Keep your money for a proper site.

- I made a deposit of £11 on the site and while I was playing I noticed my balance go up and couple times so I kept on playing I then realised after checking my bank that two more transactions had gone through. I genuinely did not realise that more payments had been deposited into my account and that I had unintentionally played the funds. I spoke to customer service to be told there is absolutely nothing they can do and in order to speak to anybody higher I have to email them. Definitely 110% never using the site again

Alright to take your money but then you need to provide identification I hadnt even heard of to withdraw my winnings Discussed this with trada in emails to see what they can do about it and they just simply took my winnings from my accountNo emails or nothing.

- They took no accountability for an error on their part. I registered and deposited using a promo code to get 50 wager free spins. Instead I was given a deposit match bonus with 35x wagering requirements. I contacted live chat about it they advised I had automatically opted in for the deposit match bonus I explained I hadnt and I used the promo code for the wager free spins. I requested they removed the deposit bonus and credit the wager free spins as thats the promotion code I deposited with but they refused. Even after I had explained it was not what I opted for and was not my error. Following that I decided to withdraw where Im then charged £1 for the withdrawal. Waiting up 48 hours on my withdrawal to be approved following needing to upload verification documents then I will be closing my account due to a very poor experience and lack of accountability from them.

- Been playing since a while on this casino. At bigging been fare..me playing then they been giving back a bit but since a while they took without giving anything back around 5200£ and after they added me limit on my account without any advance warning which means good bye to recover any loss. Not nice of this at all is not fare play at all as they mention in their motto!I do understand casino might loose or win but usually they need to give back as well not only take and play dirty by account limit! Very disappointed of this casino site!

- Yes what can I say In the beginning not a bad experience with it payouts were very fast. Sometimes within half an hour! Until I won really large amounts and wanted to cash out I later got a call from my manager who indicated that the money I had to pay out was not paid out because he said I had used a bonus. However my email also stated that I could only claim this bonus via the live chat which I never did as I dont like to play with a bonus. Also the bonus of 200 euros was not credited after my deposit that I made. (I never applied for this so) Also have all proof in the mail. So I was told that the amount was not paid out and he will be deleted from the department anyway. The manager said because I see that you are a big player I want to buy you off for 2000 euros. Of course I did not agree with this and I looked it up higher so I went to the MGA and raised this the casino had canceled my payout in the meantime and I was just told that I had to pay the 60 K that I had on payout. had been wasted!!!
