Withdrawal not credited for more than a month

• Hi. I had made a withdrawal of 12105 rs on 6th October. After raising multiple tickets 1Win told me that my bank has kept my funds internally which does not make sense. Also when I spoke to one of their chat agents on the website they claimed that there was an error on the merchants side and my money was not credited to my bank account. Yet they ignored all of it and kept blaming my bank for not giving me my fundsI have provided them with my bank statement and provided them with a screenshot in which the bank has officially mentioned that no such transaction was made under the UTR which was provided by 1Win merchant. Even after providing all these proofs I am being told that my bank has kept my money. Today is 17th of November its a shame they have not sent my money for more than a month now. Please look into this matter and give my money back.
