• AVOID this SCAM website made a 200 euro dep and was taken from my bank from a company in Edinburgh but never deposited into my bass win account then when complained they ask for documents for proof of payment which i provided and keep stalling for time customer care are rude and just fob you off at the moment I have reported them to my bank for fraud to try and get my money back please please stay away its not worth it .

• I love this site. Live chat agents are so helpful and lovely. Love the games and the site. Verification was easy and fast. Withdrew yesterday and just had my withdrawal through. Was worried after reading the reviews. What I would say Is get your account verified. Withdrawal methods are not available for debit cards but can use Mastercard I used revult card which basswin staff helped me with as had no clue how to obtain a virtual card they even called me to help.
