• Terrible company please dont get fed in by them. Target problem gamblers and make it impossible to withdraw any winnings. I wont lie I won 7k from £100 deposit but they want you to jump through hoops the when you FINALLY meet the criteria you can only withdraw €334 euros at a time which may I add takes 36 hours per transaction you cabmnt make multiple withdrawal requests so have to wait the full 36 hours before placing another. Just avoid like the plague I told them I was a problem gambler that relapsed they shut my account down but told me how to open it with instant access. All round just bleeding off vulnerable people.

• Stay well clear!! Deposited using visa and then only could withdraw to Mastercard… promoting fraud as you should not be allowed to withdraw to other accounts. Said they also have issues with visa which I have seen been going on for months I withdrew £150 as their minimum but the balance didn’t reflect this which I thought if had and I then continued to gamble but then withdrawal refused. I complained and explained the situation I was then advised to continue gambling to try get more money… only having their interest at heart to maintain my money. My account manager confirmed a refund was processed and then not heard so I chased and then got advised it’s refused 2 minutes later on email which is a coincidence! They can refund to visa but can’t withdraw and can refund £20 but not withdraw under £150

• As others have said stay away from this site I won 2000€ and when I came toCollect they confiscated my winnings saying I played over 2€ 3 times bare in mind I didn’t win on the bets they still said I broke there rules even after fore filling there bonus deposit be very carful they work under various site names . Easiest way to Sus this company out and there sister sites if look at the withdrawal rules with only 500€ max withdrawal and there 36 hrs to complete the transfer . Was really skeptical with this website…

• Was really skeptical with this website from the get go felt like I wasn’t playing a legit site. But I ended up winning €300 euros off a £50 deposit. Thought I would withdraw and see what the crack was before carrying on playing so requested a withdrawal of €200. This was declined and I needed to upload some documents. Once these were approved I then requested a withdrawal again at 1pm and I have just got the money into my account at 6pm! What a relive and will definitely be using this site again!

• Saw the negative reviews after I deposited £20 so started thinking the worst. Met wagering requirements and got above €150 minimum withdrawal limit. Then put the request to withdraw in. Took the full 36 hours they do state but was paid out. Just thought it only right to give them credit where its due.

• Please dont give these people your money. I won 160 pounds and went through all the gambling requirements. When I tried to withdraw they keep asking for all the information over and over. I spoke with their customer support she said that my details were all verified but I still couldnt withdraw.I asked to be emailed the conversation she said that she would but didnt recive anything.I emailed company asking for a contact number and a copy of the conversation that I had with the customer report explaining that my account was verified. They said that they would send it but it never came. Lots of games but read the terms

• The website was difficult as it’s not a UK site lots of verifying and getting it right. Being polite always helps. Eventually I got it all verified. Then I needed to get a Mastercard account with Skrill plus I could only withdraw 400€ a time but i have had successful deposit and then another. I actually enjoyed playing abit lost some won some but as soon as I got to 350-400 I withdrew. Lots of bad reviews but my experience hasn’t been awful. Edit 17/10/2024 After I made two 400€ withdrawals (both successful) I played a bit more on lightening roulette and ended up with 12000€ on a lucky multiply number. The win had to be verified with the games provider that took 4 days but now have successfully started withdrawing the 12000€ at 400€ a time.
