- Ive used BC Game with little issue for a few months not had a problem with much and always could withdraw reasonably easily enough. That changed last night I gambled for hours to win back £300 from a small rakeback usually I gamble in Tether but due to it being a casino bonus the currency was BCD. I withdrew the funds to my usual wallet and nothing arrived after an hour since then Ive contacted BC Game and theyve ignored me outright on live messaging email to support and every other avenue. BC claims the withdrawal went through but I have nothing. Why would the casino even let a payment like that be issued if its not the right wallet type?. Anyway if the money is lost and unrecoverable Ill never use BC Game again this leaves a bad taste.

- Support is non existent. Wont accept legal id cards in my country. Wont honour my withdrawal but have taken over 900 on deposits. This is an absolute filthy place to even have a reputation. - So after 2 months I still dont have access to my account. Firstly it was due to KYC which I completely over a month ago and now its due to a security breach of my account.... lol. The key have sent me the exact same menial the past 3 weeks requesting for transactions from the 29th August 2024 when I wasnt even a member of the platform. It seems they are just prolonging this process so that I give up and they can keep the funds in my account. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN.

- Hey BC Game first off I cannot say anything good about you guys because Trustpilot will just remove it so first off I am sorry about that. They will think its fake.Secondly lets talk on my issue. I have written you guys for a whole month now several times trying to resolve this issue. It has been extremely frustrating every time I write you guys want more and more information.. the last message I sent to you guys I honestly thought I gave you a very well detailed message. IF you request more details I fill it out and never get a response back it asks for my name and email and it never gets resolved. Im really please asking you guys to sincerely help me out here. Requesting more details never works messaging live chat never works. I have send multiple emails and waited months on months even for different issues and no one on your guys support email never emails back.My issue is simple. Someone hijacked my account when I had a virus on my phone. They have their 2FA on my account. They also messed with my KYC... They also changed my username.... My original username was Master120344 with the ID of 18316425 the person changes my username to Arbaaz_18 I was able to reset the password to the account so therefore he cannot access the account. I cannot login to the account because of 2FA... I am requesting you to delete the 2FA and fix whatever he messed up with my KYC thats it. Therefore I can get on my account and set up 2FA... I am currently level 57 close to level 58 I play a lot. Also my email is at yahoo thats always been my email since the account creation and I would like to keep it. Thanks. - BC can be a little bit of a pain and of course it takes your money it is a casino after all. However I enjoy BC I can play on it for hours on what I would normally spend on the gas driving to one near me and then I can play in the comfort of my living room.
