- Including my 1 star review 25 reviews in total have rated this garbage website all 1 star i think that says it all really! If I could rate 0 stars I would and Im sure if everyone else could they would too just thieves and charlatans no chance at all and no fairness whatsoever con artists and need to be shut down for good! I will be closing down my account and taking my custom elsewhere somewhere that actually pays out once in a while not this scumbag of a website dont bother wasting your money depositing on this crap!!

Bad return to Bet 365
- I recently came back to Bet 365 after a period of self exclusion. I was using the site with no problems putting on bets some won some lost as you do. I ended up reaching my deposit limit that I had set up previously prior to self exclusion. As my financial situation changed and I’m in a position to do so I asked to increase my deposit limit which after a few generic questions it was increased and by a considerable amount too. I continued to use the site with no further problems but from what I could remember from my previous playing days with Bet 365 they did great customer offers and rewards for loyalty. I reached out to customer care because I didn’t have this option on my account and the response i got was due to their commitment to responsible gambling I’m not eligible to the offers be that the small reward you might be lucky enough to get from time to time please take into account that I was able to increase my deposit limit without any eligibility test been done. So basically their commitment to safer gambling was non existent when requesting a deposit limit increase but any offers on site I’m not eligible for. I was not happy with this response and regretfully I canceled my account. I’m not going to play with a site who will take my hard earned cash no problem but will exclude me from any promotional offers etc.

- 1. When cashing out with live bets if you do too many they wont let you cash out also I had 2 bets going one cashed out the second one didnt no reason not too Lots of time left I talked to customer service many times at first did nothing then they couldnt give me a reason it didnt work returned my money 2. I have been winning and when I do I withdrawal my winnings and leave a little it goes back to my card I now try to withdrawal my money and its being rejected at bet365 saying frequency limit I called my bank they said theres no limits for money going in no one at bet 365 has been helping not even the supervisors they banned my account when I said I was going to the regulators when I have a screen shot saying dont close it till I have my money bet 365 will do anything to have the money in your account so you bet and lose vs sending it you
