Cancelled Withdrawals
- I have tried over 12 times to withdraw from this casino. I am fully verified and these winnings were not from a bonus. Each time the withdrawal is cancelled. I have gone to my VIP Manager and their support networks and the excuses range from their system being down to me not putting in the right details. This is despite me having made withdrawals before - even the pre-saved method is cancelled. It just seems like excuse after excuse to not pay out.

- Worst casino I have ever been to. Their verification process is excruciating and it is virtually impossible to get paid. I tried for 5 days and was given a constant run around no one would guide me through the process or answer my questions even when I repeated them multiple times. I finally gave up and just blew through my winnings and requested to have my account deleted. Do yourself a favour and stay clear there are many casinos with instant payout and helpful customer service.

- Withdrawal for this casino is beyond a joke. Iv played many casinos and withdrawal usually take no longer then 3 days. I cashed out by credit card and it got rejected they said do it through bank transfer and I did it sat in processed for 9 days before they rejected it again. Everyday I would email or talk to support same excuses every time â internal issuesâ but couldnât actually tell me why they rejected my withdrawal. Cashed out again cause they said itâs fine to cash out now and Iâm still waiting. By far the worst casino and I honestly donât think I will get my winnings. Donât recommend at all

- Have been using site for a while now. Been playing online casinos for years. This website is the first one that has taken my Skrill deposit and held it under pending for 72 hours and counting. - Stay as far away as possible. Theyâll kindly take your deposit in seconds but the withdrawal process is an entirely other story. They told me for 5 days it was âpendingâ and had to be done manually by the finance staff. Then it was rejected as they require you to send a pic of yourself holding you passport scan your passport as well as documents showing your address. They suggested I send via email which is in no way a secure portal. Theyâll steal your money use meta spins instead.

- What a horrible experience! Happy to spend money and enjoy playing on the online platforms but unfortunately betandplay do not protect the customer I have been wanting to close my account for 2 weeks due to the terrible in-game play the lack of in play bonuses mixed with very poor wins. Never am I expecting to win against the casino but they literally rob you blind! So after this experience I decided to try and close my account of course nothing online and indeed you have to email... how very convenient.. not. After emailing multiple time and getting no response I spoke with an online agent who said I needed to email (again making it hard) I sent and email and got a reply whilst talking with the agent but yet 1 week later my account is still active with more follow ups being ignored. - Deposit went smooth and the games were good. The problem is the withdraw that takes alot of time and they have a very weird KYC process that you need the elbow in the picture and many other things thats nearly impossible.In the end I got my money but they need to improve this and avoid if u want a smooth experience but its trustful at low cash balance atleast

Impossible to meet verification requirements
- I highly recommend not using this casino. Ive used many online casinos and have never had this experience.I did a withdrawal and went to verify my account. Sent in my ID and proof of address no problem. Then you also need to send in a screenshot of your deposit transaction (which Ive never had to do on the numerous casinos Ive used). Following the guidelines I sent a screenshot from my bank with the etransfer to betandplay. This included the amount I sent the date it was sent and who the etransfer was sent to (betandplay). This document was rejected. The only other screenshot providable is the transaction on the casino website so I screenshot that and sent it. That was also rejected. I reached out to support to inquire about what else was needed as Ive sent everything on my end showing this transaction. The first customer support left the chat mid conversation after I resent my documents in chat.The second customer support was just absolutely terrible. I was inquiring about what exactly I was supposed to send as Ive sent all the proof of the transaction on my end. She just kept saying youre missing requirements please read the directions carefully. In which I continuously stated Ive read everything and have provided all the proof available of this transaction. She continued to tell me I needed to provide what the requirements state and when I asked what else I can send and what Im missing she saidI see on the screenshot the section called details maybe if you press on it the information will pop up? In which I responded that I had done that and had provided everything I could on my end had pressed on details and thus I was in chat as Ive provided everything and it was not enough and thats why I was in chat. The conversation went on like this without customer support directly telling me what else I could provide and that I was missing requirements.I blew through my withdrawal and attempted to close my account where that is another whole process and a half!I strongly encourage any one reading reviews to take the 1 stars seriously and not use this casino.
