Honest review of BetMGM in Canada

• Starting off with the negatives then working my way to the positives barely Any deposit bonuses and app can be laggy. Chat support is slow and out of date and needs better representatives. The positives are the daily games that guarantee a chance to gamble every day with 0 deposit the fast withdraws is very nice too. I put in $20 got the first and only deposit bonus and after playing blackjack and other table games such as Roulette I ended up with $350 withdrawable. The next day I put in another $20 of my own money and won $100 on sweet bonanza. I haven’t put in any of my own money since and over the last month I’ve managed to pull out another $75 from getting free spins on the daily free games and playing blackjack enough with the money I won from free spins that it goes into my spendable. 8/10 do to lack of deposit bonuses

• Stay away . Deposited 15 dollars . It came out of my account but never enters into my mgm account . Glad I didn’t deposit more . I won a couple grand but when I figured it out they got their money back with 100 % interest . Oh ya they locked me out of my account after that . • Absolute worst!!! Got a promotional offer for a deposit match I played and won. I met their betting requirements and was informed that the money was mine. Attempted to withdraw. They sent the email to the wrong address after contacting them and working with Customer Service the withdrawal was cancelled. I had to wait 48 hours before I could try it again. Again they sent the withdrawal email to the wrong address and again after chatting with customer service they cancelled the withdrawal. This time I was told that I would receive an email when the the issue was resolved of course it never came. I was up $500 and it sat there for almost two weeks waiting for someone to get back to me...all the while I was able to receive all of their promotional emails just not the email with the Interact link. • BET MGM does not pay out. They have no problem accepting your money but when it comes time to a withdrawal you can’t get your money out. Wasted days calling in with no results. I called the rep said they’re gonna send me a check when I asked for confirmation email of that check being sent miraculously they weren’t able to email me. I told the lady I’ll stay on the line until I receive the email and she hung up on me. I called back the next rep told me they don’t issue checks and that I would have to use PayPal or another means to make another deposit before I could withdraw. • I did not enjoy my experience with betmgm but I found them less offensive than OLG. betmgm just seems to have tight slots slotgames that dont pay out. I thought their customer care folks were well meaning but without useful information and advice. This was true for me at OLG too. Cant comment on withdrawals as did not win anything to withdraw. Cannot recommend; would point people to Betty Casino for fast payouts and good service; and Ojo for better game selection overall.

• Deposited CAD$100 and won ~$16 for a total balance of ~$116 and have opted to withdrawal/cashout and will see how fast the withdrawal process is.That said for the 2-stars this playing site has bugs which can be annoying.
