• Opened an account & deposited £10 to get the free £30 bet for the grand national. My horse came first & I won £600! However after trying to claim this they said I had to bet it first. I was gutted & ended up using it to bet on another horse winning £112.50. I withdrew that to my bank & 6 days later got an email saying because someone in my household also has an account it is a severe breach of t&cs and they are voiding the whole thing. I just got a refund of the original £10. The people on the chat were so rude & unhelpful. Was so excited when I thought I’d won £600 but this company ruined the rest of my afternoon as I tried to claim it then I’ve spent all week chasing them. Total scam! Do not waste your time or money on this site. I’ve reported to Action Fraud.

• opened an account to place a bet on Grand National. promotion place a £10 bet to qualify. deposited £20 for two bets on two horses. wouldnt allow me to make anymore than a £1 bet as said I would exceed my limits despite no limits on my account. support was waste of time. the website is not fit for purpose. avoid this site at all costs unless you only want a £1 bet!!!!!!!!

• Have been using the weekly free bet offer to place anti post bets at cheltenham.Had a few winners but they did not pay out on the bets.Unlike every other bookmaker the free bets were voided as the event did not take place within 7 daysSo why were the bets accepted on the system if thet were never going to be valid.Shocking response from Mark in customer services and he ended the chat as soon as i mention gambling commision.

• Deposited £20 into this website for a bet on Cheltenham races. Despite trying several times no Cheltenham races showed. I was led to this website by Racing TV for a free bet. I am now in limbo as I am unable to withdraw my deposit and unable to find any UK telephone number to help. This must be a scam.

• Echoing what other people said they heavily advertised a free welcome bet without mentioning you arent eligible if youve used any of multiple unrelated companies. This is only acknowledged once you ask for the bet they have promised you.They have all the resources to inform you of this when you set up the account or enter the promotion code (Doing so gives you a SUCCESSFUL) message but they choose to deliberately mislead their customers. By definition this is a scam site and should be avoided at all costs.

It was placed on hold until my address was verified which is very common and understandable.After lots of back and forth they claimed there was a discrepancy between my actual address and one on the proof provided. I followed up multiple times with no response despite lots of claims their support is on offer 24/7. I had no response from 3 emails so started to speak to their live chat who were rude condescending and unhelpful.

• This is a scam business. They do everything in their power to stop you making a withdrawal. They refused to pay out on my legitimately placed bet saying that the bet was placed after the event finished when of course I placed the bet 16 minutes before the event started. • A horrible little company which is part of ProgressPlay.Avoid all of these casinos they are very clever at hiding things cancelling bonuses voiding bets and now withholding my withdrawals. I joined this clown show in August and immediately felt completely lost despite having over 15 years experience with over 100 sites. They could not even get their loss limit to work they then cancelled my loss limit then decided in the middle of me playing to freeze my account and then start demanding more than a bank would for a mortgage application. I complied fully and quickly and they just kept asking for what I had already sent.The general chat staff were rude and purposely difficult the senior staff seemed more reasonable but then they too turned out to be on the same team as the infantile general staff.Examples?Katie loves arguing and kept denying I hadn’t wagered over £1000 to receive 15% weekend cashback the next day her colleague confirmed that I was right and I had in fact surpassed £1300 but she also claimed that £58.95 is 15% of £680. With £50 bonus i won £369they deducted the £50 played and piad £319 as bonus until i meet the 1× weagering requarment. and then i won £99 also i won a bet of £4218.13 Since i met the requarment of 1× wagering instead of transfering me the full amunt to real money they paid me only £200. The biggest scamme ever. Never ever try this companies and go after their scamming offers. Stick with big and trastful ones. Everything will be reported to gambling commission as well. They cant get away with this. I see other people have the same issue. Please report it.

• The free bets promo seems good but is so confusing and you actually can’t use any free bet winnings until you’ve spent all your money (withdrawing will also delete/cancel the free bet winnings). The website is also really hard to use and support service is fairly bad.

• Undefined charges on deposits withdrawal take 3 days to start the approval process while they ask for every form of ID. They then charge for withdrawal as well !!! Stay away from progress play based sites all are the same.
