- Same parent company as 21luckybet. Same experience. (Obviously I joined these at the same time otherwise I wouldnt have joined both given teh experiences)Simply awful. Joined using the welcome offer code. Bet the required amount. No bonus awarded. No live chat available. Sent an e-mail over a week ago to customer service with several chaser emails - no response whatsover. Plenty of options out there - give this one a miss 100%

Worst betting company Ive ever used
- DO NOT USE THEY WILL USE ALL UNREASONABLE EXCUSES TO PREVENT WITHDRAWALSStarted a withdrawal on 21st Nov. It was placed on hold until my address was verified which is very common and understandable.After lots of back and forth they claimed there was a discrepancy between my actual address and one on the proof provided. I followed up multiple times with no response despite lots of claims their support is on offer 24/7. I had no response from 3 emails so started to speak to their live chat who were rude condescending and unhelpful.

- Same experience as others I see. Won my bonus bet legitimately and they are refusing to pay me winnings. Definitely a scam website they know exactly what they are doing. Plenty of better betting sites out there folks!

- This is a scam business. They do everything in their power to stop you making a withdrawal. They refused to pay out on my legitimately placed bet saying that the bet was placed after the event finished when of course I placed the bet 16 minutes before the event started. With only 7 days to use this so called āwinningsā I was shown no option to access them and contact from the company was terrible finally being told you had to spend even more real money after winning with my free bets once. - The free bets promo seems good but is so confusing and you actually canāt use any free bet winnings until youāve spent all your money (withdrawing will also delete/cancel the free bet winnings). The website is also really hard to use and support service is fairly bad.

- Undefined charges on deposits withdrawal take 3 days to start the approval process while they ask for every form of ID. They then charge for withdrawal as well !!! Stay away from progress play based sites all are the same.

With Ā£50 bonus i won Ā£369they deducted the Ā£50 played and piad Ā£319 as bonus until i meet the 1Ć weagering requarment. and then i won Ā£99 also i won a bet of Ā£4218.13 Since i met the requarment of 1Ć wagering instead of transfering me the full amunt to real money they paid me only Ā£200. The biggest scamme ever. Never ever try this companies and go after their scamming offers. Stick with big and trastful ones. Everything will be reported to gambling commission as well. They cant get away with this. I see other people have the same issue. Please report it.

- A horrible little company which is part of ProgressPlay.Avoid all of these casinos they are very clever at hiding things cancelling bonuses voiding bets and now withholding my withdrawals. I joined this clown show in August and immediately felt completely lost despite having over 15 years experience with over 100 sites. They could not even get their loss limit to work they then cancelled my loss limit then decided in the middle of me playing to freeze my account and then start demanding more than a bank would for a mortgage application. I complied fully and quickly and they just kept asking for what I had already sent.The general chat staff were rude and purposely difficult the senior staff seemed more reasonable but then they too turned out to be on the same team as the infantile general staff.Examples?Katie loves arguing and kept denying I hadnāt wagered over Ā£1000 to receive 15% weekend cashback the next day her colleague confirmed that I was right and I had in fact surpassed Ā£1300 but she also claimed that Ā£58.95 is 15% of Ā£680. Did Katie apologise when I confronted her? Of course not. They finally decided to pay me the difference but they wonāt process the payment!
