12 Months No Issues
- I have been playing on this site for 12 months and have had no issues. So long as you do all the verification before trying to withdraw you will have no issues. Withdrawal times have also improved and are now in my account within 24-36 hours. Only dissapointment is recently most of the games I like from BTG and Evolution have vanished off the site. Hopefully they will return soon then I would give 5 stars.

- Please avoid this at casino at all costs they are unregulated. They use third party processors to process their payments which go against all mastercard rules and regulations. I have asked for a refund as they have treated me fraudulently and they have refused.

- Open this account a few months ago. Was fully verified. Won some money & withdrawal process was painless.Then last week won âŹ440 . Tried to withdrawal but refused on numerous occasions as they said the account wasnât verified.The only difference was I used an old bank account which has ÂŁ25 in so deposited it.They asked for a picture of card I no longer have. - Really disappointed in this site. Have been playing on here for a while fully verified account. Registered a new card months ago and checked the verification section incase I had to upload to proof to verify my card but there was nothing shown. Spoke to live chat and asked if I had to verify my new payment method and was advised my account was fully verified. Made a lot of deposits without issue. Went to make a withdrawal at the weekend and it only gave the option to withdraw to my already verified bank account. Waited the 48 hours they say they process withdrawals in then received an email saying withdrawal cancelled because my payment method wasnt verified despite it not allowing me to withdraw to said method. Sent verification then had to wait on that being approved before requesting a withdrawal again. Once again only option is to withdraw to bank account. Still waiting on withdrawal. Compared to all the other sites out there with either instant or a couple of hours withdrawal times there processing times are disappointing. They really ought to think about upping their game!!
