So Far So Good!!!
- Let me just say all these horrendous reviews of the bonuses not paying and so on and so forth. I deposited 40$ today and I got a bonus and Was able to cash out $800. From what I read their cash out isn’t instant and I understand that. But so far so good with Betway I will update when I receive my Cashout. So far I have no complaints!!! Their slots are generous and not tight as some say. Don’t ruin a sites reputation because you didn’t win That’s why they call it gambling!!

- Never had an issue with Betway. Won quite a lot and speedy withdrawals. However I deposited tried to deposit today and it said it was declined by my bank. So I tried again and it was successful but they’d took both the failed and successful deposit attempts from my bank account but only credited me with one deposit instead of them both?I’ve emailed them regarding this but trying to speak to someone on live chat is impossible as it’s is all done through automated bots.I hope this gets rectified soon as I like Betway.

- terrible service takes ages to get best odds paid into funds. very poor customer service took 45 minutes to try fix a bet a placed without success got promised by customer service an email off the transcript which im still waiting for 4 days later poor greyhound section. took 30 minutes to settle 1 single bet after the result was announced after getting told it could take 24 hours to settle bets. should have there license took off them

- I won some cash at the weekend from their free spin feature and then a bet just over £100. I forgot to update my card as I hadnt deposited in a while and proceeded to withdraw to the long outdated card. The withdraw came up and processed and left my betway account. I was contacted via email to say my withdrawal was unsuccessful and I need to change my payment/withdrawal method however when I log back into my betway account the money didnt go back in and its not in my bank. I would love to know where it is so I can successfully withdraw. I cannot get in touch with customer support their live chat is just an automated thing no help at all so I emailed them and got an email back saying they dont monitor emails anymore so how am I meant to get this resolved.*Edit*Thankfully I have this situation resolved. I sent betway support a message on twitter and had a very prompt reply. I explained my problem the best I could and had it taken care of very professionally.When I think back the situation was my own fault but I was frustrated I couldnt get talking to someone.I just had a call from a lovely lady from betway who reassured me my winnings were processed to an updated card and I just checked my bank and the funds are there now.I have changed my review based on the customer service I received in the end and I hope I get a bit of luck again soon on their site.

- BETWAY V.POOR! I put 3 bets on the US Presidential Election. Ladbrokes paid out first and were the smoothest. William Hill were next but their website a/c did not work and I needed a lot of customer service to withdraw funds. The worst were Betway who have still not paid out despite the result being certain ages ago. Their communications are also terrible. AVOID!
