Awful site

• Awful site I landed the bonus round on a game yesterday and then there was an error message and it cut me off i went back in and I’d lost the bonus round and although my winnings were up £170 this wasn’t reflected and they are telling me no record of me going on the bonus round. My husband works in computers and software and he assured me they will be able to see that I had activated the bonus and played it???

• Enjoy site promos terrible did 100% deposit match deposited 25 but have to wager 40x before can withdraw so £1000 wager. I managed that got up to £780 thinking great ill bank that but no has soon as turns back to cash they drop me to £250 so they took away £530. Refusal to pay out

• Free £10 no deposit welcome bonus did not credit. Live chat told me nothing they could do as I had declined the free bonus even though it was still showing on the my promotions page. Im pretty sure all new customers that have this error are probably advised in the same way and think the marketing team need to look deeply into how many customers they have lost at the first hurdle. • I moved sites a few weeks ago when mine closed. I wasnt too sure at first but have now warmed to the site.
