Jeg havde desværre en ret skuffende…
- Jeg havde desværre en ret skuffende oplevelse hos Vue. Man skal selv tanke sine drikkevarer hvilket jeg i princippet ikke har noget imod men kvaliteten var virkelig dårlig. Drikkevarerne smagte vandet og havde næsten ingen smag – en klar skuffelse når man betaler så meget for dem. Derudover var biografsalen for varm og det ødelagde en stor del af oplevelsen.Jeg har tidligere påpeget disse problemer til Vue i et andet skriv men jeg har desværre ikke fået noget svar. Den manglende respons viser en ligegyldighed over for kundernes oplevelse så derfor den lav bedømmelse.

- Elendig service. Der kommer fejl når man vil købe billetter online hver gang både fra min mobil og fra pc. Samme resultat nu som for fem måneder siden. Der kommer en fejlmeddelelse og en besked om at man skal ringe til dem men det kan man bare ikke da kundeservice er lukket klokken 16. Og skriver man mail har de tre dage at svare i dvs. at jeg godt kunne glemme at købe billetterne inden forestillingen. Det er umuligt at få hjælp når det driller. Det ser ikke ud til at de gør noget for at afhjælpe problemet da jeg kontaktede dem med det sidst. Elendig service.

Syg mændene reklamer og latterligt gebyr
- Det er ikke noget som at købe billetter og få smidt et gebyr på 8 kroner med i hatten for at købe på nettet. og Kronen på værket 30 minutter reklamer før filmen begynder.Det bliver hurtigt ikke det værd.
