- Dont be fooled by the positive reviews online about this casino. BM bet is an absolute scam and if youre playing here you have an extreme disadvantage and will likely never win or be able to cashout. This is becease the have a 60x wagering requirement on every deposit also without bonus something i have never seen in any other casino. The Chat helpdesk is extremely slow and passive agressive if i ask simple questions. Please dont waste your money on a site like this.

- Unfortunately I have to join the other complaints. I requested a withdrawal on August 5th 2024 and after multiple confirmations that the withdrawal was being processed it was suddenly canceled today without any notification or further information. After inquiring I was told that the reason was Due to previous maintenance work your withdrawal might have been mistakenly canceled and returned to your balance. In my 7 years of playing at casinos I have never experienced anything like this—never. As long as I havent received my money my negative review will remain. - 3 months ago I was winning nicely via the BM site. Finally did €1500 on withdraw within 5 minutes I could no longer access my account. Did an email on 9-8 explaining and asking why I was suddenly blocked. Now 2 months on ii still have no good response except the standard maik replies and I can whistle for my €1500 Dont fall for BM they are a scam and wont pay you out if they have to they will block you!

- Dont gamble here. You have to playthrough the money you deposited yourself before you can have anything paid out. It also takes several days for a payout to be approved.I asked Live Support to close my account which didnt happen. Result I gambled again and lost. Then I contacted Live Support again with the message that what they were doing was illegal and then my account was suddenly closed immediately. While there is still €350 waiting to be payed out. I guess I will never receive that.Big SCAM! (If I ever get my €350 I will edit my review)
