I have currently 8 emails in my collection each doing their best to string out the process talk me out of leaving the site and generally ignoring the fact that each time I ask that the account be closed. Do yourself a favour and just dont be a fool and join - the usual hassles welcome bonus not applied deposit win some money and then you get on the requested ID never ending revolving door which ends in your ID not being acceptable which isnt uncommon for many casinos but trying to close your account for over an hour is pretty rare.

- Unfortunately I have to join the other complaints. I requested a withdrawal on August 5th 2024 and after multiple confirmations that the withdrawal was being processed it was suddenly canceled today without any notification or further information. After inquiring I was told that the reason was Due to previous maintenance work your withdrawal might have been mistakenly canceled and returned to your balance. In my 7 years of playing at casinos I have never experienced anything like this—never. As long as I havent received my money my negative review will remain. Once the funds have reached my account I will gladly adjust and improve my review. But as of now I am 100% convinced that this is a massive scam. I started a new one and she had no recollection of the conversation 1 minute prior. (Screen recorded) Made a deposit. They accepted immediately. Won over £600 obviously they didnt let me withdraw. From an absolutely ridiculous id verification that took 6 days! To restricting withdrawal methods to only BUISNESS accounts that they choose eg. Pay in via Monzo impossible to withdraw via Monzo. - Money deposit is crazy fast withdrawal is impossible. After submitting a crazy amount of data it has now been a few days and no money being transferred to my bank account. In the chat it’s a lot of talk about some financial department and patience. Chat employee saying that they will contact them and see what they can do but what they can do is nothing. This 1 star review will stay online until they pay and after that I will update IF they pay…..Update: What a coincidence; an hour after posting this review I received an email from trustpilot saying bm bet requested additional information which I’ve submitted right away.An hour later I received an email stating that my withdrawal had been approved and that I just needed to fill in some bankingdetails (which I’ve already provided) and that would be it.After submitting the bank details again I received a notification saying that the ‘payment’ was approved and that it could take up to (an additional?!?!) 5 banking days.Will keep you guys posted on this issue I’m still far from confident I will receive my money.Update 2 almost 36hours later;I was wondering if the withdrawal status would be updated so I checked it: it was back to ‘open’ as if nothing was done.I contacted live chat and they said I filled in something wrong but most of it especially the part that had to be filled in different was automatically filled in by them. If you have said that you want your account to be closed they will not do this. they are trying to persuade you even though I refused. You must confirm 5 times that you want to close your account. Every time the scam manager says are you sure? If you say yes to it the next answer will be is this your final choice? if you say yes again it will say 100% sure again. it really is a sad casino. - 3 months ago I was winning nicely via the BM site. Finally did €1500 on withdraw within 5 minutes I could no longer access my account. Did an email on 9-8 explaining and asking why I was suddenly blocked. Now 2 months on ii still have no good response except the standard maik replies and I can whistle for my €1500 Dont fall for BM they are a scam and wont pay you out if they have to they will block you!

It also takes several days for a payout to be approved.I asked Live Support to close my account which didnt happen. Result I gambled again and lost.
