Every time I contacted the live chat or support email I was told that they escalated this issue to relevant financial department but nothing has happened since then. Now at this point I want to highlight one rule WHICH ANYONE THINKING OF USING THIS SITE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND ...All claims regarding the decisions of the Company are accepted by no later than two days after the Customer has been notified about the final decision.Boomerang does not notify you by email when they have settled a bet so if they make a wrong decision and you do not check your accounts frequently well too bad for you lol..The bet on Trump to fall between 70-75 million paid 6-1 and the one after paid around 2-1 and it is obvious that 4 days later when Trump officially past 75m boomerang saw a great way to make a lot of $$..Keep in mind that on top of taking my funds 4 days later after settling all others to lose anyone that did not complain in the next category 75-80m which had not been reached yet would not be able to after 2 days passed before Trump had 75 m Petty sweet for boomerang right ?Now I did not get overly upset when I saw that over $ 1000 was gone because I knew their rules ( at the time ) which states All bets are accepted by the Betting Company based on the betting markets published on the website on the date of the bet placement.Noting this I immediately contacted them and they immediately asked for the bet info and that someone would get back to me shortly....I expected that within a couple of days they would try to argue that the bet I placed was an exception somehow but I will leave it to the reader to ask why a company that on the face of it is ready to answer all questions within an hour have ignored 2 subsequent enquirers or in any way messaged me regarding this incident.Nothing I can think of should be a bigger warning sign than the fact that this company is watching betting reviews on them like a hawk and seemingly eager to reach out and have whatever problem you have with them looked at to see if there is anything they can do......I am here to tell you again it is all for optics and while they send me offers almost every day I suspect I will never here from them because they know what they did and really what is there to say as they know how long it will take for an outside despite resolution.( They will definitely respond to this review because they have my funds and really want yours)I will end here...If you had over $1000 in a bank suddenly disappear without any notification from the company and two weeks later they still never told you why would you ever trust them again?There was other warning signs that I may post later but I think you get the point..
