- My 500€ withdrawal has been pending since the 21st of November. Every time I contacted the live chat or support email I was told that they escalated this issue to relevant financial department but nothing has happened since then. Stay away youll never see your winnings.Update. the 5th of December - Im no longer allowed to log into my account: Your account is under review. Check out our Help Centre for more information. When I asked live chat about this issue they told me: Your account has been closed by the administration decision. Wish you all the best. and they immediately closed the chat a second later. No explanation whatsoever no deposits (at least) back.

- They are fraudsters.I made a withdrawal of 207€ I received 191$/180€ minus an additional 3$/€ network fees.Over €30 was stolen from me during my withdrawal the VIP manager refused to help me and turned me away despite full proof.Dont bet there you will be cheated.This was the 2nd payout of around €200 where over €20 was missing this cannot be explained by any fees or anything else.Update 25.
