Weil ich mir nicht 100% sicher war habe ich beim Support angerufen und nachgfragt ob für mein Konto die 100€ Cashback Wette aktiv ist. Alles in Ordnung wurde mir mitteilte nach der ersten verloren Wette sah ich immer noch kein Cashback. Wieder beimSupport nachgefragt die meinten keine Sorge wird nach Abschluss des Tages gutgeschrieben. Einen Tag später immer noch kein Cashback zu sehen. Wieder Support geschrieben jetzt hieß es auf einmal nein die Bonusfunktion ist nicht aktiviert. Nach langer Diskussion wollten die mir eine Jokerwette anbieten war definitiv nicht begeistert.Einen andere Lösung gibt es nicht hieß es.Wollte heute die Joker Wette spielen aufeinmal hieß es ich soll erst 100€ einzahlen damit ich diesen aktiveren kann.Ich wurde noch bei keinem anderen sportanbieter zu verarscht und hinters Licht geführt.
