• This past Saturday I made a withdrawal request for £300. This request was processed and apparently approved by the casino on Monday morning at 7:55 am.A few hours later when the funds hadn’t arrived I enquired with their live chat only to be told that the transaction had actually been cancelled after it had been approved. This was not reflected within my user account as it still said it was approved and the funds were nowhere to be seen. They weren’t returned to my player account they weren’t in my bank and what’s more I hadn’t received any correspondence from them about the mysterious cancellation. After a number of back-and-forth chats with the casino team the funds were put back into my player account and I resubmitted a withdrawal request and I waited 3 days before they were in touch via email to say that I had requested the withdrawal to the wrong bank account and that the funds were back in my player account and I was to resubmit to the right bank account.I logged back into their site and - guess what - the funds were not in my account as their email had stated and the withdrawal was still in a “pending” state. After yet another back and forth with their live chat I have been advised that the issue has been escalated to the ‘relevant’ department (does this make the live chat team irrelevant?) and that I had to be patient while they looked into it for me. Not only has this Casino done nothing to rectify the issue and fast track my withdrawal they have delayed and delayed and delayed but most frustrating and unacceptable is they have not kept me up-to-date as to what’s going on with my withdrawal at any stage. I have had to chase and chase and on top of that the information that they publish in my account is incorrect. First it led me to believe that everything had been processed fine and yet it took me contacting their team multiple times to find out it hadn’t been and then after much back and forth they said the money was in my user account and it wasn’t and still isn’t! I now am at the mercy of their ‘relevant’ department getting in touch with me and putting the money back in my user account so that I can go and make the third withdrawal request after which point their ridiculous 72 hour processing timeframe will restart. I find this who debacle to be incredibly unfair and despite their claim of First Class Customer Service my experience has shown nothing but appalling customer service. The combination of their apparent cancellation after approval glitch and that they have published the wrong information to my account multiple times leaves me very concerned about the systems they are using. What else is published to my account that is false? What other systems are not working properly? What about my personal data is it securely held? With all that said the thing that bothers me the most about this whole thing and the one aspect of this debacle that really leaves a bad taste in my mouth and truth be told should be of great concern to to the casino too is that nobody from their casino has at any point been in touch with me via email text or carrier pigeon to explain what went wrong and what was happening. Additionally the one time they did email me it was to tell me that they had actioned something that in reality they hadn’t! They have taken zero ownership of the problems I have faced and have left it all up to me to get it sorted and then show absolutely zero interest in resolving anything in a timely manner.This is 100% unacceptable and not at all the standard of service I would have expected from an organisation that prides itself on its amazing customer service.
