Misleading Safety Index
- Casino Gurus casino Safety Index is highly misleading. They feature dishonest and sometimes even outright scam casinos with an Above Average rating. It makes you wonder if they actually review the casinos on their site or if their process for deciding the safety index is just flawed.I do appreciate their complaint resolution service but it doesn’t help much when users run into problems with shady casinos. These casinos can just ignore complaints and still stay listed as safe and reliable which doesn’t make any sense.

The Complaints section deserves a 11/10 rating.
- My experience was in the Complaints section of Casino Guru. I really cant stretch enough their dedication to helping the customer get back what he is owed. Kubo stuck with us through thick and thin in our case and demanded everything to be returned to us all while being professional and slowly escalating the conversation until he won our case. Without them I would be in a completely different life situation at this point and of course that is due to a combination of my own poor judgment and the experience with a casino that banned my account with my winnings and life savings in it. While I never want to go through that again if I had to I would do it with Casino Guru by my side.
