• I can see why there was one guy that kept written 1 star reviews everyday about this site. Because he was right and wanted to make sure everyone knew the truth. This site is fake. It states it fights for players rights. Try going to them with a real issue. Other then the typical my deposit didn’t go through or why is my withdraw still pending. But go to then with physical proof of a site cheating and changing outcomes of rounds you would have won. From. 5 different sources. And they won’t help you. The reason I was given is because they consider the game of keno a lotto style game. Do what. Isn’t 90% of all gambling games lotto style. First they try to flag negative comments then they reply with defensive immature replies. Hard to respect companies that act this way. • This is the first time Ive used to casino guru for disputes and reviews. I was advised by a friend both of us were skeptical but I was so wrong. My dispute took a while and when the casino said that they did not agree with the decision not to pay I lost all hope I thought well atleast I gave it a go. When all hope is lost I receive an email from the casino. Their decision changed and they have agreed to fix it. For anyone that feels like they havent done anything wrong.
