- Complete waste of time. Took the bonus and won 2500 then my balance suddenly dropped to 1000. Couldn’t contact anyone on chat or email. Tried to withdraw and would only let me withdraw 400 and no more! What is all that about? Trying to contact them is like pulling teeth. Can not make sense of their bonus rules. Have put in a complaint and will be contacting their governing and regulating body to make a formal complaint.Update This company will do anything to delay paying out. Was told my account was fully verified then told it wasn’t!!! You can only withdraw 500 euros a day!!! Only one pending transaction!!!!! They are so slow!!! I’m so annoyed. - Whilst completing their welcome offer I was stopped half-way through wagering the bonus and my account was limited to withdraw only mode. I have sent an email where they said the relevant team would get back to me and no response? It seems to me that it is a very dodgy website. They blocked me as I started to win with their bonus money but were happy to let me lose all my original £100 deposit. If it is not resolved by today my friend has advised me to go down the gambling authorities route which I will but I thought I would write this to save other people having to go through the same ordeal. STAY CLEAR.
