- I have a lot of money in my account and cannot withdraw due to “withdrawal limits” the withdrawals I have made are still “processing” one has been like this for 2 days!! - beware once i played won small amounts i could withdraw on 18th Sep 22 I won and withdrew without any issues money was in my account next day. So on 19th Sep I thought Id give it another go played and won withdrew my winning to be woken up to email requesting documents and so on I replied as requested when I tried login to my account later that day I couldnt as it keep showing unknown error contact assistance even though Im using exactly same details nothing changed. I would stay away if youre thinking of playing.

- Absolutely shocking customer service. Slow as heck withdrawals. Have over 2000 waiting to be withdrew apparently it has been escalated but its still sitting there. But guess what as soon as try and make a withdrawal all of a sudden they need documents uploaded to proof identity withdraw was to PayPal witch your identity must be checked to have an account. To add insult to injury they charge you 2.5% to withdraw your own money just another site trying to delay withdrawals. Have used many sites and not had this before. Stay away there are many good sites out there once withdrawl is sorted will never use this site again.

- Joined them on Friday and deposited 50 and got a 50 bonus won 900 so withdrew 800 10min later withdrew a final 150. Money was in my bank Sunday lunchtime. I was a bit worried after seeing the negative reviews on withdrawals but I had no problems and didnt even have to send documents or contact support.
