• Beware of scammers!!!!!! They do not return 8000€ Which were introduced to them in a state of gambling addiction ludomania. They took advantage of the fact that the person suffers from this problem. they blocked my account and do not respond to my requests to support. I am currently looking for good lawyers for online games. Dont get involved with this platform! They will cheat you out of your money and rip you off 100%. If you value your money dont get involved with them.They work for the company. Rabidinv they have several players sites besides casinoly. Look on the internet who else belongs to them and dont mess with their casino.

• Casinoly has ruined my trust in online platforms. I deposited $6800 and have been chasing them for weeks. No responses no support just broken promises. I feel so cheated and helpless. • Im using it from february and everything was going good but when I won 3 thousands and raised withdrawal request. They have cancelled my withdrawal request and said that you requested us to cancel. • I had deposited 1820 on 15.12.2023 but I am regularly playing on casinoly and I also loss and win money but when i tried to login yesterday. My account is disabled even after discussing with the customer support they said that your account has been closed by administrator and also they are not revealing the reason neither ready to enable my account. After cancelling my First withdrawal i tried another method.After i have seen that this was stated as deposit i tried to sort this out with the Support and all of a sudden they closed my Account and said that i wanted a permanent closer!! Why should i do that. • I am quite scared from the previous reviews. I deposited 500 won a little than lost it all. connection was great! i saw everything no problem. I then tried to deposit more money i wanted to deposit 500 again a few failed attempts (my fault i couldnt verify through my phone a few times very normal for me) but i accidentally deposited 2 x 500 euro. Again no problem. so i bet and i won. my account is at 3500. woo hoo. but i have to withdraw 500 max per day.... this is the first time i was asked to do small withdrawals every day. this is scary for me. I screenshotted every transaction number after the initial 500 loss. just in case. I am happy to win but i am worried i might be scammed. I will update this review once i receive my winnings in full... I already asked if i can submit my documents in advance just to prevent delays. but they say my account doesnt require verification right now. I will update this post as i proceed with this. • I deposited €1500 and won €900 but when I attempted to withdraw my winnings I could only withdraw €500. Despite contacting support they told me that the amount I could withdraw depended on my level even though this was not mentioned in their terms and conditions. They provided a photo with withdrawal information but this was still misleading.Their website claims that withdrawals take 1-3 business days to process so I withdrew €500 and played with the remaining €400. The next day I contacted support to verify my account to avoid delays in payment but they said it was unnecessary. I insisted on verifying my account and was given an email address to send my documents but the email address was incorrect. When I contacted support again they refused to provide the correct email and said that they would contact me if verification was necessary. I have never experienced this issue in any other casino.I told them that I expected to receive an email in 5-10 days asking me to verify my account and then I would have to wait an additional 10 days to complete the verification process. After that I would have to wait even longer to receive my payment which was unacceptable. They assured me that I did not need to verify my account and that I would receive my payment within 1-3 days. However they gave me another email address to send my documents which was also not working. I received an email stating that the verification process was not working at the moment.On Tuesday I contacted support again to inquire about my payment and they told me that it would take 1-3 days to receive my payment which was expected to arrive on Thursday or late Wednesday. When I contacted them on Wednesday they told me to wait until Thursday but on Thursday they said it might take a bit longer and that I should expect my payment on Friday. I contacted them on Friday and they assured me that I would receive my payment later that day but I did not receive anything. Today Saturday I am convinced that I have been scammed.Before I won I purchased €40 of free spins on Gates of Olympus. After a few spins the website went down and I was unable to access it for about an hour. When I was finally able to log back in the €40 was missing from my balance and I did not know how much I had won if anything. When I contacted support they asked me to find the round which I did and have a screenshot of. However Casinoly did not return my money or winnings and they claimed that they had checked everything and found no mistake on their part.I have screenshots of every chat with support my winnings and all other evidence that proves their fraudulent activities. I caution everyone to avoid this casino and not fall victim to their scams. Do not make the same mistake I did. This casino is 100% a scam.
