- I won on kan 17 and transferre the money through gcash but it did not reflect on my gcash account. I contacted customer service and all i get is basic answers from SCAM ARTIST that it is being taken cared of and forwarded to the RELEVANT TEAM. I asked for a case ID/ticket number but they cannot give me one. They cannot even tell what teh major task of this relevant team is. It is definitely a balatant lie just to get rid of me.
