This site which is named under several names should be removed and the people involved need to be prosecuted for making money off of vulnerable people
- Tried to block my account several times and asked site to prevent me from reopening by permanently deleting my account as the temptation to reopen is out of my control because of my addiction to gambling. They tell you it’s permanently closed but this only means they won’t contact you whilst it’s closed but you can reopen if you wish. There’s also an option for temporary self exclusion for 7 days which again doesn’t mean account can’t be accessed for 7 days it just means they will reopen your account automatically after 7 days.I also asked for the company’s information regarding what country they are located so I could possibly reach out to a gambling commission or something similar to gamstop. They won’t give out this information. Seems very dodgy in my opinion. Anyone who has tried to prevent themselves from gambling by gamstop don’t open and account with this company. It will just add to your gambling addiction and financially bankrupt you as there’s no means of responsible gambling and they will allow you to spend your last penny. I also would like to add that this site has made several sites using different names such as Casiroom77 1Casiroom Casiroom-casino and also 10casiroom. Alarm bells ringing already! Please just stay away. I have spent over 30k in under a year and to make it worse the withdrawals are 400 maximum and take 2-3 days to complete. I have won several times and made withdrawals but sadly due to my addiction I can’t help myself but continue to play the balance and end of losing all my winnings before they can be withdrawn.

They don’t process withdrawals they make sure you lose everything. They don’t speak good enough English to operate in English speaking countries. - This company as well the highroller casino is theirs. I made a 100 euros deposit and they locked the account and asking for kyc and source of wealth. I play at many sites and its ok to ask for it but normally casinos ask for it after 4k deposits not 100 euros.however after i sent them the statement of 3 last months with an income of 2k per month and around 20k on casino winnings last 3 months and they telling me the payments are not consecutive (while they are one two days difference cause of weekends ) also they asking me to send them my savings account!!!
