- Après avoir déballé le jeux on sait aperçu que le jeu était abîmé a plusieurs endroits ! Sav demandé pou un échange refusé mais vous avez proposé un remboursement. Nous avons accepté après avoir indiqué que le jeu avait été déballé et nous navons pas reçu lintégralité du remboursement et de loin ! Si vous aviez été honnête et nous aviez prévu que nous ne serions pas remboursés en intégralité nous aurions juste demandé un dédommagement et on aurait gardé le jeu !

- Commande de 58€ effectué le 1 juillet 2024 jai bien reçu un mail de confirmation de paiement + débit sur mon compte bancaire.2 jours plus tard je reçois un mail du support indiquant un problème de réception de la somme et dans la foulée la commande a été annulé. On me demande en boucle des infos bancaires que jai déjà donné (screen du débit avec les 4 derniers chiffres de ma carte). On essaie de mendormir ou de mettre la faute sur moi alors que le problème vient soit du site claqué ou du logiciel de paiement made in china.Aujourdhui nous sommes le 30 juillet je nai toujours pas reçu ni ma commande ni un remboursement.Je vais procéder à des démarches de mon côté je men fou un peu de 58€ mais par principe on me prendra pas pour un idiot très longtemps.

Un SAV inexistant
- Après une commande internet un des jeux était totalement abimé (imbibé deau moisi).Jai donc contacté le SAV via le formulaire du site internet pour pouvoir faire un retour. Aucune réponse. Le numéro de téléphone sur le site est celui de la boutique de Nancy qui ne dit avoir aucun moyen daction si ce nest de contacter l’entrepôt responsable des commandes internet via un tchat. Après un mois sans réponse ni retour je me suis tourné vers Paypal qui a pu obtenir le remboursement du produit concerné.

- boutique présente sur le net et dans ma ville (nancy) cest super pratique car tard le soir je peut faire une commande sur le net et la retirer plus tard en boutique. Et de passage dans la boutique il y a tellement de choix quil est difficile de ne pas reprendre un produit en plus. La personne de la boutique de nancy a la caisse est super gentille et serviable.
