- Jag har bestÀllt p.g.a. de har hÀnvisat till att de hjÀlper Cancerfonden och cancersjuka mÀnniskor. Jag har sagt upp mitt prenm. efter nÄgra mÄnader men de har inte slutat det direkt utan rÀknade hela mÄnaden till. Jag tror inte att de cancersjuka fÄr en enda öre av detta företag. Jag ska anmÀla dem till Konsumentverket eftersom det Àr missbruk bÄde med cancersjuka mÀnniskor och med oss vanliga vÀlvilliga mÀnniskor...Vilket j..a vÀrld vi lever i...!!!!

SÀljaren pÄpekade att jag kunde fatta ett slutgiltigt beslut nÀr lotten kom hem.NÀr lotten kom valde jag att inte öppna kuvertet och trodde dÄ att jag i och med det inte var mer i lotteriet.Har idag talat med kundtjÀnst och förstÄtt att jag inte aktivt sagt upp mitt deltagande.Jag tyckte syftet att stötta bröstcancer och prostatacancer var verkligen lovvÀrt och tycker det Àr trist att ni svÀrtar ner dessa organisationer.Min upplevelse av kundtjÀnst var under all kritik.

Ringer kundtjÀnst och blir vÀnligt bemött och fÄr besked om att fakturan ska makuleras. Sedan gÄr en vecka tills nÀsta pÄminnelse med hot om inkasso kommer. Min vÀn blir rÀdd och betalar.

- BestĂ€llde en lott sĂ„g att det var inget för mig sĂ„ jag sade upp det pĂ„ hemsidan. En mĂ„nad senare kom ytterligare en lott. In pĂ„ hemsidan igen och sa upp det och bad om en bekrĂ€ftelse pĂ„ detta. Ingen respons. Idag kom en pĂ„minnelse med hot om pĂ„minnelseavgift om lotten ej betalades. Blev förbannnad och ringde deras kundtjĂ€nst som inte kunde se att jag via deras hemsida sagt upp lottbestĂ€llningen 2 gĂ„nger. Hon âgjorde ett stort stort undantagâ och strök fakturorna. Se upp för detta företag!

Det Àr datafel dom kan inte hitta uppsÀgningen osv... Bröstcancerfonden sÀger i telefon att dom bara lÄnar ut sitt namn för att fÄ en del av lotteriets intÀkter...men pÄ hemsidan stÄr att dom Àr Àgare av lotteriet. Trist att man förstör vÀlgörenhetsarbete med lurendrejeri och lögner!
