• Im pissed i have money that I won sitting there for over 2months. My account is restricted and they keep asking for a certain pdf format. I provided for them like 20 times and they said its not right they cant keep my money and then you called customer service they dont call you back and when you talk too someone its the samething they ask for the same thing the pdf for proof. • This site is the absolute worst gaming site (so far)! Wish that I could give -0 stars. And its the only one that Ive ever played. Im a casual player that only plays for fun ($.10 and an occaional $1).They will restrict you for no reason. Early AM today and Im finding out that Im restricted just b/c I messaged them. • They will not refund me I sent proof they system was glitching! I faced significant challenges yesterday while attempting to cash out early from college games I had wagered on. The system consistently failed to process my request instead displaying error messages stating that it was down. I took screenshots of these issues as evidence as my bets ranged from $10 to $15 and $32 each. I had sought to cash out before the games ended but the systems failure has left me extremely frustrated. As a result I will not continue using this platform having previously been a loyal customer.

• DraftKings casino gaming is a total scam if you show a two or three you already know it’s 12 or 13 so with the dealer card showing being higher you hit inevitably to get a 10 value card …if you stand you lost anyway….when the algorithm is farming money your 20 will end up in a push and most hands you will lose by 1 total scam

• Deposited $100 told I couldnt access horse racing site which was only reason I joined. Trying to get my money refunded is a joke. Contact us box --no one responds. They do not even have a direct 800 contact number...just leave a message! Huh? Very fishy and I thought more ethical than overseas sites. DO NOT USE. FanDuel or your casino are much better safer choices. Just look at all the negative reviews. Hope they go bankrupt.

• My sister and I wanted to place bets for the Mike tyson and Jake Paul fight so we excitedly signed up and put $250 each toward our projected outcome. After I placed my bet my account was locked. My sister having no issue I was unable to sign in or do anything with my account. I contacted draft kings which they make it extremely difficult to contact anyone about an issue. After 10 emails back and forth they would not let me access my account without providing my bank information and an ID/drivers license. Which my sister who I signed up with had to do none of that... I am a busy person and had 2 days to send in that information before the fight and was not able to on time. So my money I placed is gone and cant even retrieve it if I tried. I will never use them again if it were my only choice. Terrible communication and service. A complete joke and waste of my hard earned money.

• DraftKings is running an unfair unethical gambling site. I have submitted to the Attorney General’s office and filed an investigation to the FTC and Gaming Commission. I advise people to do the same as these complaints will be taken seriously and help to have them audited.

• I had been a loyal player since they opened in michigan. On 8/9/2024 while in the middle of a spin they cut me off and said there was fraudulent activity on my account. My birthday was 8/8 and they wanted a photo of me holding my license. They had mine on file already and Id gotten payouts several times though Id deposited more than ever paid out. I had just renewed my license and waiting for the new one. They were rude and ridiculous. At first acted like they new nothing about stopping my game. They refused to return the money in my balance and still are keeping it to this day. I got pretty upset about it. They banned me from not only Draftkings but also Golden Nugget. • Accepted my $$ to account. Theyre probably happy I lost some $$. Then when I wanted to either a) bet more or b) have the remaining $$ returned to the ORIGINAL source they locked my account for no valid reason and are demanding a photo of me with my ID plus a copy of my bank records. Funny that they didnt want any of that detail when they accepted my $$ right????(They claim there were attempts to DEPOSIT $$ to the account that were suspicious... • Hello and to whom it may concernI am writing this review today with a sad and emotional heart. Someone I know and love a 30 year old mother of 400+ children across the valley of Phoenix has taken a deep and devastating spell of turmoil and addiction whilst using your app. A once trusted mom and caretaker now turned into a devolving monster. She has devolved truly from the inside out throwing her money away at programs like Nebraska football moneylines letting innocent newborns and toddlers under her specific supervision be recklessly abandoned. And all for what? To see her throw 25 more dollars away from her hard earned 9-5? We have tried everything every crisis hotline and research known to man all to no avail. The only thing we have left is to pray to the Lord Jesus for his grace and mercy on her corruption.

Stole my money and PII

• DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Made an account and transferred in money. Placed a bet and woke up the next day to the account being flagged for suspicious activity. Sent a bunch of bank statements and drivers license etc information to unlock the account. Within minutes of the game ending where my bet should have paid out DK sent an email stating the account was banned for breaching terms and conditions. They refused to provide any information on what were breached and asked for a bunch more information. We proceeded to provide that information and they asked for more again. We then provided that again. And they then said your account is banned we wont change anything nor did they refund my money that I had sent them. This felt like something from a movie with the Mob its that ridiculous of an experience. Please do not use this app or trust them. If you win anything they will refuse to payout and do their best to steal your money and additional data while theyre at it.

• The worst customer service of all time.I had an issue with a charge back. I’ve contacted DraftKings multiple times to try and pay it. No response.I was interested in moving from Fanduels VIP to DraftKings but I can see the customer service is even worse here. Awful awful awful.

App stopped working

• Used to be a trustworthy sportsbook but since the recent app update I routinely have log in issues. In the case that I am abke to log in to I am frequently logged out automatically within minutes and the app claims it is unable to check my location which makes the app unusable. Additionally promos are often not applied even when they are specifically selected. Whats worst of all is Ive relayed my issues to customer service but they offer the same set of steps over and over again and none have made a difference. All in all they will take your money and then make it very difficult to access it and pay you no mind when they do.

• This app is a joke !!!! I keep placing money and winning absolutely nothing !!! What a total rip off !!!! I recommend FanDuel instead !!! Im usually winning there. But if Im not 90 percent of the time Im at least able to play not just throw my money away spin after spin.
