- If I could give less I would. This is a bs company. I won $200 last night- I wish I could add a pic. I worked really hard for that $200 all day to be exact. Then this morning I received a $25 deposit in my bank account. So I checked the history and see that they hit me with some serious bs. Why make me make a purchase before verifying so that I can receive my $200 and not tell me until after the fact. You will NEVER get another dime from me. You got $5 to be exact- and I have a horrible gambling addiction so guess what you didnt f@!$& me yall f!$&ed yourselves. I always check the redeem process before loading thousands. So yeah I get the last laugh🤣

Unpredictable and Untrustworthy Redemption Process
- Ive been a long-time user of this platform but the recent handling of my redemption requests has left me incredibly frustrated and disillusioned. Despite following all the rules—purchasing playing through and attempting to redeem—I have consistently been paid out via refund instead of the standard ACH method.When I asked for clarification I was told my behavior was high risk because I made a new purchase instead of continuing gameplay. This makes no sense especially considering Im the one gambling—I’m already taking the risk. I’ve never issued or threatened a chargeback and I’ve been completely transparent in my activities.No matter how carefully I follow their stated procedures the Finance Department always finds a way to avoid processing my redemptions normally. When I asked if theres any way to know how future redemptions would be handled I was told they can’t provide any definitive answer. That means theres zero consistency or reliability in their system.This pattern suggests a lack of transparency and possibly a deliberate attempt to create uncertainty for customers trying to access their winnings. That’s not just frustrating—it’s the opposite of what you’d expect from a trustworthy business.If you value clarity consistency and fairness I would strongly urge caution when dealing with this company.

- I want to put zero stars but it dont let me. I played games on here and I thought it was good until I seen I had over twenty transactions that I didnt do. Some I contacted them though chat and email and I screen shifted the conversation where they said it was not possible cause they see on my account I didnt make the transactions. They told me that if I want my money back they will close my account. So they messed up and my account got closed which after they stole my money I wasnt going to play. I still didnt get my money back and they closed the account where I cant chat with them and wont answer email.
