- Havent used in a while get back on today make purchases they allowed me to purchase then did verification havent ever had issues verifying yet in middle of playing games it pops up error then close and reopen app and cant log in account is locked. Told due to security flagged account. Why would an account be flagged when I used at least a dozen and a half other sites and never had an issue. They make up upload a picture of card used and all cards you intend to use as part of verification. Already froze and re order card. As soon as I got locked message. Is watch your cards if I was you. They stated they refunded purchase but no proof of that yet as it still shows on account

Doesnt matter how many hundreds of dollars you have previously lost.Wish I could attach screen shots.Your redemption was limited to 25.00 according to the 5.7 _ Award Rule.The maximum Winnings that can be redeemed resulting from a prize the player has gotten for free (e.g. after playing _ Wheel game) are limited to 25.00 per account. In your case upon review of your redemption request our financial team noticed that your Winnings come from the Wheel game and therefore redemption was limited in accordance with the mentioned rule.That is what i got from customer service.Merry Christmas to me.

- Customer service is excellent. And variety of games and the abundance of them is a plus. Even though my verification wasnt automatic its being done manually I have to wait 24 hours but other than that so far + experience havent got the withdrawal process yet so cant comment good or bad yet but will review when I make it to the process

- Yep dont ever play here I bought coins and they gave me some because it was an add-on to buy him and then they tell me that they cant redeem my money to me and then they say redo it and I did it and then they just gave me $25 out of 250 thats crazy and then their excuses some rule that has nothing to do with me because I purchase and then he give me anything for free my coins were the ones that won the money not theirs I will be pursuing them because they are in America and thatll be great because we can sue them because I have proof that I bought coins from them on my bank and in on their own website

- I literally won over $500 and accidentally hit the all button instead of just $20 to move to entries so I could keep playing. Well once you do that then theres no cashing it out. You have to play it all and of course I started losing fast. I contacted customer service and they said theres nothing they can do to move my entries back to my winnings. But in some games my entries and winnings are combined. So hows that possible but combining to cash out isnt.

Garbage-If you dont spend you dont get sweeps coins
- Never not once have I received the c coins on the wheel spin that I have probably spun 50 times. Im guessing you have to purchase a funz (f) coin package to maybe and a strong maybe land on the cc wedge on the wheel. - Never had a problem til recently with redemption. Also this is the only casino that I have ever played that say allow 10 days to receive your redemption. Normally it only takes 3 to 5 at any other casino. Its been 3 business days now and still havent received my redemption. I highly doubt I will even receive my redemption from this platform. - I redeemed my prize of $200 only to get a deposit of $25 today. I was told as per some bs rule they have if you win any money with their daily bonus coins the maximum redemption allowed is $25. Also before redemption they force you to make a purchase with the lowest amount being $6.99. Ive closed my account and will avoid this site as well as their sister site.

- If you win any free coins and win you can only cash out $25. It doesnt matter how much you win. The games are horribly tight very deceiving in how they operate and if you do cash out anything didnt expect to win again until they get all of their money back plus more. - I would steer clear of this casino. Had 76 referrals within 24hrs . Shared my link with over 1million unique users and next day I log on and I have 0 referrals. I have proof of it all. Emails where I got 2 separate referral rewards screenshots and emails of supports live chats where I had 11 first hour than 76 and he check account and said no free coin at the moment. Now after 4 days im basically getting called a lier . I’ll definitely be seeking litigation in this matter isn’t resolved very soon.
