- I won over $10000 and have never been paid. I was asked for verification which took over a week. After I was verified my account was closed due to a false suspicion of duplicate accounts. I have only created one account. I am using a VPN which is allowed by their casino and this can result in multiple people ending up with the same IP address. There is no way to resolve this problem with support. This company operates another casino blizz casino which is blacklisted on the AskGamblers website.
