- Wish Id have read the reviews before using this casino. Until reading that it would take 7-21 days for withdrawal I was enjoying using the site. I deposited £20 and opted for the welcome offer of £80 bonus and 100 free spins. Well after all was said and done I managed to actually beat the bonus with £829 left over after I completed wagering. I requested go withdraw £800 and burnt through the other £29 playing slots.Now I was happy this morning knowing in a few weeks a nice £800 would hit my bank just in time for Christmas but after reading the reviews Im not gonna count my chickens just yet. Hopefully I get the £800 and if thats the case Ill count myself lucky and never use the site again. However Im pessimistic and will likely never see any winnings.If thats the case Ill put a fraud alert to my bank and try claw back the £20 atleast.

- Six months later and still nothing!I logged on just five minutes ago after six months of my original withdrawal request. I must have spoken to them about 100 times during the six months. Always nothing. Saying it takes 7-21 days. I repeat it has been six months. I log on by chance a few weeks later and my funds are back into my account-my casino account. £484. I had put £1000 in. They were happy to take that. I withdrew it again-at least I tried again. Went onto the live chat and then whoever it was said the funds were back in my casino account because the withdrawal got cancelled in August. I went to withdraw it in MAY and it is now NOVEMBER and there is no way it should or even could have been cancelled! It is literally six months to this day!

- I’ve been trying to withdraw 100 pounds (which I won) to my bank for nine months now! Had three withdrawal attempts: 10th January 10th April and 10th August this year. And the money always bounced back to me after waiting for three months in each occasion! Even though I put my bank details correctly! The bots from support team kept saying same thing over and over advising me to wait patiently; and yesterday they told me that the withdrawal got cancelled due to circumstances outside their control and asked to withdraw again. This is an absolute joke!!!!!! I don’t wanna wait for another three months just to find my withdrawal bounce back again! Yes it is a scam and I’ll be looking for ways to get my money back
