• I been playing high5 for 4 years. 2 days ago I accidentally purchased the $475 and $225 diamond packages that they offer however I wasn’t Intending to make those purchases I contacted costumer service and I asked them to remove the diamonds from my account and refund me the $700 dollars. They restricted my account and blocked me from login. I have a balance of $1170 which I wasn’t able to redeem and 96000 in diamonds worth $700. And costumer service is not responding. • I had been with them a few years till last night when I had had enough and deleted my account. • How do I give zero stars? If it feels like gambling? Then call it gambling. The only people you are hurting with this sweepstakes bull sh*t are your players. Another state booted you out just recently. You even admit your in the casino industry in your description. Sending players a 1099-misc not just for wins but for all the redemptions is such a D-bag move. I won a jackpot for $10000.00 and they paid it directly into my bank account.
