- Slowest payout ever … I made a withdrawal request on Friday £2K… It’s now Sunday and still nothing. I have used other betting sites and they miraculously manage immediate withdrawals. What is the issue with Hippodrome/Betway. It’s simply not acceptable that a deposit is instantaneous yet a withdrawal is not. Will I get a response here as I can’t get a response on their useless live chat.

Customer services are ok. Not sure about the games
- I had trouble with my welcome bonus but after spending about 30 minutes waiting to speak to a rep they did fix it for me. So out of £100 worth of real spins and 100 free spins I had total I didnt hit any bonuses. I realize thats the nature of the games and I cant say for sure either way as at the end of the day these are games of chance but out of 200 plus spins Id say that the best case scenario was I pretty unlucky to not hit a single bonus.

- I wish i could give anything less then 1star absolutely rubbish site please do not deposit no money on this online site .. Deposited £100 yesterday evening the money went out straight from my account have been waiting for more then 24hrs for it to show on my app but it did not customer service is absolutely rubbish have wait for 1 hrs just to know that the deposit has been rejected for no reason and will bounce back into your bank account in 3 working days ...which i dont think is fair I deposited the money to play and make some money and not to been rejected without any reason and wait for my own money for 3 working days now .... This is the definition of a joke
- This is the definition of a joke. I am furious that this is allowed to happen. I had a specific account balance went to withdraw it and the amount has miraculously halved. I have been attempting to get a hold of a customer service agent since 9:00AM after an hour being on hold the chat disconnects on schedule.Surely this is a joke. It is really disturbing that the only way to express frustration is to leave a negative review. The sad part is this review wont make a difference because they care that little that nothing will be done and youll just have to keep dealing with their frustrating processes.

- Well I didnt realise this casino was part of Betway until my account was closed suddenly after winning over £6300 as I was self excluded from Betway anyway the customer service team escalated my request to have my account funds refunded to me and after a few days the operations team agreed and authorised the payment of my account balance be made but I had to send in my bank details and birth certificate so they could manually withdraw to my bank well after 2 weeks constant on chat finding out whats going on I was then sent an email from the said operation team saying they needed another form of photo identification well I sent a long email with chat logs as proof that that promised to send my funds on what I already sent them and I even sent an email to the manager of Betway yeasterday well something worked because suddenly this morning around 9.30am ISH I had an alert from my bank and upon looking I received my full account balance via faster payments so looks like the manager has kicked them in there arses and now I am really buzzing so thank you to the manager and the payments team much appreciated 👍

- This site is an absolute disgrace. I deposited money then when I tried to take it back out they wanted proof that I am the card owner! They didn’t need proof to take my money. This is still ongoing at the time of writing but this most certainly seems to be a scam. Stay well clear of these scammers!
