In the end after hours of fun I had lost both the deposit and bonus balance leaving the account at Ā£0The next day I was greeted with the same bonus available deposit Ā£100 and get Ā£50 bonus funds so I did this. At the time my account balance was Ā£0.I started to play on some slots I had play about 3 games before winning Ā£39 on outlaw bringing the balance to Ā£180! Now this should of been Ā£130 cash & Ā£50 bonus funds however after playing a couple of more games I was greeted by the message āyou are now playing in restricted fundsāOn further inspection in the active bonus section! I was greeted by the fact I apparently had 2 bonuses running! Though the one for Ā£45.91 was Sundays bonus which I had got down to Ā£0 with! - I won some money almost a month ago. It was processed on the 3/11/23 and itās still not arrived in my account. I have been told that the payment department is investigating whatās happened but no other communication when asked whatās happening. Itās almost impossible to get hold of anyone they barely reply to emails and the chat is a bot. Their customer service is awful and they donāt care about their customers I would avoid this site like the plague. I have never been treated this badly by any business before I have screenshot after screenshot of me trying to get through to anyone and just being ignored! - So whilst trying to withdraw my withdrawal had been processed it says it can take 2-7 days to reach my bank. Today was the 7th day and the withdrawal has been cancelled and my winnings showing in the gaming account again.
