- Ho avuto un problema con un servizio di gioco italiano e non ottenendo risposta alle mail inviate ho cercato su internet una soluzione al problema su qualche portale specializzato. Visitando questo sito non ho trovato subito quello che cercavo (motivo per cui valuto solo 4 stelle) ma dopo aver inviato una mail mi hanno risposto con cortesia e mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema anche se in effetti non sarebbero obbligati a farlo in quanto si tratta di un sito soltanto informativo.
