SCAM SITE
- I gave this site more than enough chances. But its the same old same old. Not only do they take take take and more take after you win when you first join they also SCAM you with FAKE promotions. I opted in in a promotion last week Friday 11th. The promotion was deposit Ā£50 and wager it on a slot machine to receive 50 free spins by 5pm Monday. I did not receive any 50 free spins. I was asked via chat do I have the screenshot to the promotion. Of course I did not have the screenshot to the promotion. Why would I screenshot the promotion if it was genuine? Need I say more on on this. Because of their scam I have emailed asking for a subject access request. When I receive this information I will then forward it on to IBAS and the gambling commission. I will also put in a complaint with Casino Guru. Regarding the positive 5 star reviews they are FAKE. They ask you to write positive reviews for Ā£5 bonus. Also look at the people who write these reviews. They have NOT written a single review anywhere else. I wonder how long it will be before ivy casino have to surrender their licence? Update: after complaining Ive had restrictions placed on my account. Ive been asked to provide evidence that Im actually the owner of the mobile number on my account even though Ive been depositing through mobile billing from day one. The majority of the time you deposit this way you get a code sent to your mobile to verify it. But their still asking me for evidence. What a sad excuse because Im on to them. Im no longer using this site. But this will be noted for IBAS and the gambling commission. - Well thereās bad and really bad but Ivy casino wins hands down.They go snooping through your private life using your proof of ID then decide what they think you can or canāt bet with ( after having spent a good couple of Ā£100 with the company.They now say they have found a CCJ in my name and now have limited my account!Iām so glad I video all my game play with casinos Iām checking out tbf the games are rigged until I complained then I won a good bit only then to get an email about them rustling through my dustbin so to speak šThis company is sooo bad itās offering Ā£5 to leave a good review on Trustpilot again I have prooā.Surely it would be better in that case to review a new customer information before accepting Ā£300 plus in deposit

- Had no issues at all until i had to contact them. Mark asked the same question 8 timeshe ignored what i asked every single time!. I marked the email complaint-fao manager....guess who sent the same generic response....you guessed itMARK!!š”. They were greatbut sadly patronisingrude staff really lets this site down. Will not be using them again. New email response staff needed.UPDATE-As always these companies state to contact them etci have 35 times since i wrote this and a complaint is open. I am not angry as i WONit is pure frustration at the fact your support staff would not answer a simple questioninstead they sent the samegeneric response 16 timesit drives me insane!. I have had no information request either. Terrible experience.I HAVE RESPONDED TO YOU VIA THE INFO REQUEST FORMTHIS JUST SHOWS HOW POOR YOUR COMMUNICATION IS.
