• Never again! As others have mentioned. I deposited £10 and did not get my £30 in free bets. I contacted customer support but got no response so this promo seems like false advertisement.

WORST betting company ever!

• This is the WORST betting company I have ever had the displeasure of using. They accepted my £30 free bet which should have paid me out £99.90 as the horse won at odds of 4.33. Upon seeing the bet was ‘pending’ I contacted them by chat only to be told that my free bet was no longer valid and the bet was void to which I replied why did you accept the bet then. Their answer to this was that it was my fault and I shouldn’t have placed a bet with an expired free bet (surely they are responsible for removing this from my account). Looking at the other reviews this company is clearly a con and should be avoided!! If I could give it minus stars if I could!!

• Just a ridiculous website don’t use. Sign up offer doesn’t exist if you’ve used a number of different websites before and they don’t make this clear. Customer service are blunt and rude. Just stick to the big ones and avoid at all costs

• Pay out when and if you win is very quick.Games that reject bets due to server failure do not refund the rejected bets which is illegal.Same games played on other platforms have much better odds.All in all not a totally bad site but very mediocre from a players perspective.One can only hope they address the bet rejected issue as its not fair gaming and does not inspire loyalty.

• I strongly advise against using JeffBet (operated by Progress Play) due to their irresponsible gambling practices and terrible customer service.I am a self-excluded player meaning I should have been completely blocked from making any deposits. However JeffBet still allowed my card to be used on another account which should never have happened.There are two major issues with this:My payment method was accepted on an account that was not mine – Most reputable gambling operators have safeguards to prevent deposits from cards that don’t match the account holder.The card was linked to a self-excluded account – If a player is self-excluded their card should be blocked across all accounts to prevent further gambling. JeffBet completely failed in this regard.When I contacted their support team to request a refund I was met with delays vague responses and eventually silence.
