However when playing on the provider Elk on two different games I won over 20 dollars on bonuses. Both wins did not get added to my account. I provided all the information that was requested from me and 8 days later I am still getting the same script that the relevant department is working on it. I knew that I would never see it as no way it takes 8 days. I can’t play at a casino that does not value the players. I need to feel safe. The win could have been a much larger amount! What was my surprise when I opened the site in the morning and saw zero balance in my account. It turns out that at the bottom of the email is written in small letters Offer & wagering requirements deadline: 48 hours after receiving the email. Imagine- wagering starts AFTER RECEIVING E-MAIL.
