• Tldr:Support was helpful and always have been. Id go as far as to say they give VIP treatment. At times very quick to get back to me. Their system is flawed/bugged I got most of my winnings sent to my revolut. I had very attentive support from their team with some patience they answered me and explained things patiently and well to me. I had wagered 280eur (90+bonus) and was finished with the wagering.When requesting a withdrawal the support informed me that I had not finished my wagering but I had.I even showed them the message I got prompted with and exclaimed with some frustration in the end that the message I get is not about wagering but withdrawal limits. My issue was that their automatic system wanted to take a 10% fee from my withdrawal because it thought I had done multiple withdrawals which I had not.When explaining this to the support to the best of my capabilities I was still urged to cancel my withdrawal so I could finish wagering.. Very frustrating... I gave up since explaining it any other way would just be repeating myself and saw the money as lost.After some time I took the withdrawal with the fee (bugged message about to many withdrawals within a time frame I had zero withdrawals within that time) and got my money minus the fee within 20 minutes.The support wanted to help but they were unable to really help. Maybe they couldnt see the issue because of a system bug. As I proposed to no avail. But what is the support supposed to do really. They sent a ticket for me to upper up. Thats all they can do at that point.

• BE CAREFUL!!! I tried to deposit with AMEX. After entering the card numbers nothing happened but at the same time the AMEX account had received a withdrawal of 356 euros in Hong Kong dollars. I didnt immediately realize that this Casino was to blame. After that I did the same at their sister casino CASINO-X and the same thing again. They were in touch from Amex otherwise I wouldnt have noticed this. The card was closed I got a new one.
