The game is rigged in their favour. There is no equality with different players requiring different flower points to level up on the same level. Their replies are disrespectful.

• I would give them a minus if I could. Just found out that they change the flowers need to level up for each player not you need xxx amount when you are on level 200 to level up to 201 but also they have different rewards on the side games. When I put in a complaint about the differences in flowers needed by each player the reply I got back did not answer the question; it only threw accusations at me. They preach equality but that doesnt apply to how they treat players. The only thing they are interested in is how to squeeze money out of players otherwise they are not interested.

Absolutely Horrible

• I didn’t appreciate the 12+ rating what with all the bloody crime scenes and swearing. Plus I have heard from other players that some bonus games deal with transgenderism. HOW THE HECK IS THAT APPROPRIATE FOR 12 YEAR OLDS? They don’t need stuff like this pushing more trash at them to rot their brains. Additionally I was unwilling to dump money into this app so I could never get anywhere. Also I have never encountered a character as awful as June Parker. She is a complete narcissist - the worst narcissist I have ever encountered in a story or real life. I absolutely hated her. I still do. The storylines are boring and annoying due to her horrible character. I mean all of her “brilliant solutions” to the crimes she’s supposedly solving are what? More crime! And then she hates on the detectives and treats them like idiots as she goes and breaks the law and SOMEHOW doesn’t get caught although she’s anything but stealthy. June is nothing more than a common criminal like the people she’s supposedly so opposed to and helping to put in jail. She’s committed anything from aiding and abetting felonies to obstruction of justice to evidence tampering to accessory after the fact to breaking her mother out of prison TWO CHAPTERS AFTER SHE WAS ALL FIRED UP TO SEND HER TO JAIL! What the heck? Not to mention wrapping Virginia up in all of this. Frankly I think she shouldn’t have custody of the poor girl. Virginia is going to be just as big a crook as her awful aunt. I deleted the app and won’t be reconsidering. That way I can rest in peace imagining June Parker rotting in prison. Jail is where she belongs.

• Been playing this game since January and was really enjoying it then $15 of charges showed up yesterday…What Purchases? I didn’t purchase anything. Requested a refund through Apple however they’re sly a not only process changes through Apple but also charged through ITunes and PayPal. SO WATCH ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS!!! Deleted game.

• What do health insurance companies and video game companies have in common? Terrible customer service.Perhaps you’ve played a game that you enjoyed but when a problem with the programming occurred you received an AI written nonresponse response back from customer service apologizing for the issue but not doing a thing to fix the issue which might have cost you time and/or real dollars?If so you’re not alone but one game company seems to have set the industry standard for being so callous to loyal players Wooga a subsidiary of Playtika out of Israel. Playtika proudly proclaims that “Founded in 2010 Playtika was among the first to offer free-to-play social games on social networks and shortly after on mobile platforms.”And how did they make “free-to-play” games for mobile platforms affordable? They incentivize players to spend real money to buy nonfungible products within the game. You know items like more energy to play longer more keys to open doors or as in the case with June’s Journey by Wooga more flowers to move further along in the storyline.First realize that June’s Journey is one of the best “seeking” games made because it is in full color and 70% of the items you have to search for in an increasingly complex image are in logical places meaning that they get placed in spots that make some sense. There are no beach balls on top of spiked fences for instance although you will find keys hung in odd places in some scenes.However Wooga’s Customer Service personnel are ruthless. Wooga itself proclaims on its website “Our goal is to contribute to the overall vision and think from the perspective of the long term health of the company. It means you understand that the business needs are the prime directive. It requires adaptability and occasionally some degree of sacrifice.”Yes they admit that keeping the company profits high are their primary goal even though logically repaying a customer who has lost flowers because of a programming problem should not cost the company anything to fix. Yet Wooga will seemingly go to any length not to repay players what they have lost.Originally when I began casually playing the game two years ago I did not mind paying $13 a month for small items that made game play more fun. I knew after all that real people were creating this game and that they wanted to be paid for their work just like the rest of us do.However after several unsuccessful attempts to get Wooga’s customer service folks to even own up to the problems I encountered I began using those funds more judiciously only for things I really wanted in my game not every month.Then after pointing out a glitch that cost me several days of play only to end without the reward I had worked hard to obtain from play I had had enough of their refusal to honor the tacit agreement between player and programmer—an agreement they have consistently refused to honor for two years now.So I told them I would stop paying the $13 a month I had been paying. From then on I have played the game without using my hard earned money for anything.Now however they had a severe glitch that cost me hundreds of flowers—things I need to move forward with the story and they have steadfastly refused to reimburse my account for that loss.If this was a realty company even if I was investing in digital real estate they would be bound by laws regarding their theft of my time and energy only to cheat me out of my reward.However my only real tool of defense against a video game company is to warn all of you about how awful and money-oriented both Wooga and their parent company seem to be.My ideal revenge on these companies would be to have everyone who reads this review play the game but never pay actual cash for anything. That way they still have to work like we do to move through the game but they would learn what it’s like not to get what you work hard to obtain.

JJ can be fun but.....

• JJ can be fun. The creators put a lot of time and effort into the game that is obvious. That being said there are a lot of glitches with the game that they do not make up for. An example would be January 2025s seasonal set had issues when it was first released some of the decorations took longer to make than what it showed and while they fixed it for those who started making the decor before the fix were stuck waiting days for the items to complete. They did give a reward for it but I am sure many never saw it because they didnt make it well known they stuck the announcement on their fb page down on a thread. This wasnt cool and it was unprofessional. They charge a lot of real money for things the least they could do when they mess up is make it right. I agree with a lot of other players they seem to be greedy and it shows. They keep repeating themes and they keep adding a ton of side games that in order to benefit fully from you have to pay or they make them impossible to win. Their support people are not the nicest and if you need help they do not make you feel that you are really going to get the help you deserve. That is ridiculous for any game support to behave that way. I feel they try to listen to the players by putting out surveys often but they still do things that I feel are greedy and it is clear they only care so much about the players and I get it they need to make money but they better be careful because people will find a new game if they cant keep up with what the players expect.

• I keep getting Deja Vu Snippets and when I only have 1-4 more points to get the reward time ended. I can’t get the reward if they continue to give me Deja Vu Snippets. I dislike that you have to go to storage and place item to collect pink flowers to continue playing. How can I place anything from storage if there isn’t any room to put anything down? It’s expensive to buy anything. I gave negative reviews and I got a response back from them stating that they will do better but nothing has not changed.

• This is a horrible hidden object finder. On one level which i didnt go past they leave a dead body on the floor with blood while your being prompted find the butterfly find the painting...I found that very disturbing I think its sick and i immediately un-installed the app.

• Im very disappointed and frustrated with this game. Back in January my phone was damaged and I did not have my game sync to Google nor had my user id. It took me forever to get customer support to get my game restored. Once it was restored I wrote the user ID number and I synced it to Google so I wouldnt have any more issues in case I change phones. Now I change phones in October and I signed into Google and its not restoring my game where it previously was. I contact customer support numerous times with my user ID number and they keep saying the ticket is already closed because theyre referring back to january. Its so frustrating and theyre not reading my emails. They just look at the email and automatically assume is back from January. I just wont even worry about playing this game anymore since customer service wont help. I had close to $15000 energy bars. And I think thats the reason why they dont want to restore it. When they see you have a lot of energy and other points and tips they dont want you to redeem them when you change phones. Im not starting all over. Since they dont want to help me I just wont use the game at all.

• I’ve played for years but am considering deleting the app after reaching out to customer service to inquire about deals being offered to me at ridiculous costs. I was hoping it’s an algorithm flaw and wanted to bring it to their attention but their responses were all cut/paste and very dismissive in tone. Seems that it’s not a flaw and they actually intend to price gouge customers. Strange business model to alienate customers (who have spent hundreds and would pay hundreds more over the years in smaller amounts) because they instead want to stick to their guns about $50 being a reasonable cost for three recycled decorations. It was already getting frustrating because it’s so hard to advance without spending money and there are too many side games that slow progress and clutter the screen. Find something else to spend your time and money on.
