- Too bad there isnt a NO STAR rating option. A complete joke and waste of time. Cash Giraffe does not pay earned rewards and Just Dice doesnt bother to respond to even one of many requests for assistance.

- My review of this app is based on not only the issues Ive had with the payment process but also because Ive read other peoples reviews and I was able to reach out to just dice by requesting the money they failed to deposit to my paypal account .I simply requested the money from them and wrote a brief message along with it. There was a ridiculous fee deducted for doing so but the money was sent within a timely fashion. I hope this helps those who continue to use just dice for games.

- I cant believe this website is still in operation. There was no license no support and the problems were never resolved. I only received 80% of my cash. I have emailed them four times with no response. Ive never had such a headache while playing on trustdice and other provably fair sites. Being provably fair doesnt mean u dont have support agents and this site should learn from trustdice and other competitors who r now doing a lot better to stay in business!

A very badly run company
- I initially loved playing games on Test’em All owned by Just Dice. They paid quickly with no problems. Then the page with My Games List showed nothing on it. I was playing at least 25 games but they all disappeared. Then the servers went down according to the app message. Finally the servers come back. I had accumulated some rewards and cashed out to Pay Pal as usual. Payment never showed up. I bypassed the auto response customer service option and sent an email directly to them. Got a request # probably also auto generated. No response. They are based in Germany so a phone call is out of the question. I even went to their website and sent a message using their form for interested persons to be hired. Total silence. Wish I knew the laws regarding online reward apps generated out of the country. U.S. citizen here

- I thought this was going to be a great place but sadly I was wrong!!! They have not paid me for four different times that I tried to cash in on my points. They now owe me $60 from November to date and I have not received a dime. I have written them about 5 times and received a generic response thats computer generated. Its a scam and a waste of time. Go use rewarded play Ive made over $200 from them.

the scam allegations here are ridiculous
- The first five reviews here are all just a bunch of lies. Check the reviewer historys; all they have done is given similar bad reviews to a bunch of Bitcoin gambling sites. If any of these players have genuine complaints they should contact Just-Dice using the email address at the end of the sites FAQ tab and their problem will be resolved ASAP. But of course they dont have genuine complaints.
