Pays too low

• I spent 3 hours playing one game “Treasure Masters.” I went way above the goal reaching almost 700000 points. Between playing the game and watching ALOT of advertisements. By the end of the 3 hour mark I only received 86¢ are you kidding me? Wasting 3 hours of my time for that.. DELETING THIS APPLICATION!!

Just Play Game App Advertisements Should Be Removed From All Online via All Social media & Within Other Game App Advertisement Platforms

• After playing this money-earning game app for up to a year it still needs improvement on representatives responding to gamers concerns & questions promptly. Within a two-week period after following up on my questions when contacting this company no representative responded at all. Just recently discovered malfunctions in transferring over the wrong accurate currency amount of $0.01 after being rewarded a large sum of coins from both third-party games & Just Play games. Waited for a Customer Svc Rep to respond & still no word. What A Waste of Time Spent.

SCAM company

• SCAM company. Payout on first few level completions but then the returns become pennys even though the supposed reward amount is said to be higher the further you progress. They do pay out through PayPal almost immediately but my advice would be to download a game and complete only 2 or 3 stages then delete. Or find a more honest app.

Avoid!

• Promise bigger rewards for the more you play when actually you get far far less. 20p for 1 million coins... They fiddle with the earnings so much to make you think you are playing for a nice payout when you are barely earning anything. Avoid.

Not at all impressed

• Not at all impressed. I have been completing levels on time and well within the time frame given. Conveniently the last level of one of the games (over 1 million points) suddenly wasnt awarded despite every other level being acknowledged and credited. I immediately contacted the JustPlay team through the report offer portal with days to spare on the offer. Suddenly the latest response is that I was out of time... so check the offer and surprise surprise its not -2 days.... BUT heres the weird thing...I started the process over 5 days ago!

• Ive had a wonderful experience playing just play. It pays out most of the games are fun the only thing I dont like it takes like forever it seems like to get your coins up but once you do you can cash it out absolutely to PayPal no problems would like to see some new funner games on there.

Games disappeared????

• For some reason all the games I downloaded have disappeared from the list of what I can play. If you download another that disappears also. Whats up with that? Was 5 star...got payments no problem....now cant continue with my favorite games!!! Fix this please!!

Scam and a waste of time

• Scam and a waste of time. You hit the targets you need to get the points but theyre not awarded and customer services do nothing at all. Constantly raise tickets with them and all they do is close them down straight away claiming you didnt send them evidence despite doing so multiple time. Rewards are very low when they do award you but you spend more time battling them to give you the rewards youve earned. Waste of time and a scam. Have also directly emailed twice and been completel ignored.

• Have been trying to get help with a problem Ive had for over a weekandam very frustrated at only getting their pre-set answer. I feel it shows very poor customer service with the lack of actual help with each persons problemas one answer does not fix all the different problems one might encounter.

Sketchy But Functional

• I’m not sure about this one. I did manage to get a 0.37$ payout in my first three hours but there are a few sketchy steps before I got there. First it wants to “scan your face” to know that you “arent a robot” (I tried using an AI generated face on a second phone which didn’t work probably needs to be higher resolution/bigger. Then I went with distorting my own face using my hands which was accepted). Second it wants access to location services to “make sure you’re in the right country”. We’ll see how it goes I might update this in a few hours.

• A few days ago Justplay started to interrupt my phone activity with popups to download their app. This continues to occur about every hour on my phone. I tried to contact them via email got no reply. Id be very hesitant to use their app with this intrusive advertising that I cant seem to stop.

• These people who design these games insult our intelligence. Nothing is free in this life not only are the games ridiculous but they make big promises and almost never pay out.

• Small rewards are given promptly however higher payouts Ive had to fight for. I am deleting this app because Im not fighting any more it should be enough to just complete the tasks. Had to go through reviews to get a response. I have snapshots but no way to send them

• Everything was going good then all the sudden one of my many cashouts they wanted a face scan well I tried everything and to no avail contacted support four times over the same issue and havent even heard back. So I deleted the app and was going to try it like they say to do and low and behold my $4 and something I had been trying to cashout was yeah you got it GONE. To Just play support you suck yeah it was only four dollars and some change but after you go through all the hoops and ads and they rip you off for $4. dollars and change what a misreable site or support team they need to be fired it was decent until them and they ruined the whole experience.

• I have made almost $30 in two weeks with this app. All I have played are the woody game and the one where the ball is breaking through color but has to avoid the black spaces. I make like $1 in an hour which obviously wouldnt be worth anything if I was doing this to earn money. On the other hand if you desire to keep your mind and hands busy while watching TV or in a waiting room etc. why not get paid for playing games? I just deposit the money in Amazon every time it is available. I have already spent some of the money so I know it really credited it to my account. Dont expect to get any help from Support though.
